Very nice hosts and a good place. Hosts were always online and ready to help. The place is a bit far from the city center but it takes only 10 minutes to get there by metro or 20-25 minutes by walking. There is a big supermarket right in the next building, that's really convenient. The bed is comfy, the internet is fast and reliable, the washing machine has a drying function, and the dishwasher is quite big.

Host very friendly and helpful and available when needed. Location good beside store and across from coffee shop and walking distance to transit, etc.

Some basic information about wifi, what type of coffee pods to buy for coffee maker, more toilet paper, garbage bag. Pull out sofa was adequate but not most comfortable.

We had to ask for some extra cutlery and bowls, the kitchen had to be a bit better equipped. We like to cook to save on meals and that was a negative factor. The host brought a couple of days later the extra pieces into the kitchen and the rest of the stay was ok. The table in the dining room is far too small, even for two people, that was the biggest downside

The apartment had everything I needed to prepare meals, it looked new and was spacious.

There was construction going on, it sounded like it was in the next room. It went on from 9p to past midnight, so I did not sleep well. The second night, neighbors were playing loud music. The walls were so thin that I could hear kids playing basketball on the other side of the building. The hosts were not responsive. I was disappointed also that booking.com did not respond in a way I thought they should.

Staff were quick to respond. Good location. Comfortable and good sized bed. Supermarket super close!

Dryer took hours to dry a small amount of clothes. Sofa bed was unfortuantly broken. Not enough toilet paper.
