The hosts were fantastic and could not be more helpful & agreeable. The apartment was lovely. It is on the smaller side and kitchen facilities are small as well. But it is in a great location/neighborhood and it was ideal for what I needed. I would definitely recommend it.

This 1 bedroom apartment had all necessities plus many extras, such as ample paper products, local coffee and pastries, and toiletries. Communication with the property owners was timely and always helpful. Great location for access to all local entertainment/sightseeing.

Easy access to I 25 and local attractions. Very clean, comfortable, wonderful property managers and this unit always exceeds our expectations. We love it!

Accommodations were pleasant and comfortable. We were welcomed warmly with coffee and bakery. Shower was excellent and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was filled with supplies. Location was excellent as well.

This property more than met our expectations. The neighborhood was a quiet residential area. Absolutely no noise. Near both dining and shopping. Would definitely stay there again

Our experience with this property was exceptional.

This is a lovely home away from home! Our host Bob and Mary were very nice people who were gracious and willing to help us with anything we may have needed. We didn't need much of anything because they supplied us with things I wouldn't have even thought of! The Charleston has an awesome view of Pikes Peak and easy access to I-25 which would take you about anywhere you'd want to go. Our son is stationed at the Air Force Academy which was very close. This is our first time staying in anything other than a hotel and I believe Bob and Mary spoiled us, needless to say we won't choose a hotel anytime soon. We will definitely be staying at the Charleston again if it's available the next time we visit Colorado Springs! I highly recommend this home and the hosts!!!
