Nous aimons louer des maisons lorsque nous voyageons. Nous avons acheté cette toute nouvelle propriété locative pour des familles comme la nôtre!
Cette maison de 5 chambres a à l'esprit les familles et les équipements de vacances! Un petit salon pour le café ou la conversation vous accueille lorsque vous franchissez la porte. Le plan d'étage s'ouvre sur le salon qui a un canapé confortable pour regarder des films et un coin repas pour partager un repas. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas ensemble. Le niveau supérieur comprend 4 chambres et une buanderie. Il y a une suite parentale avec un lit king size et un dressing qui a un berceau (pour ceux avec un bébé). Deux des autres chambres ont des lits queen et la quatrième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. La buanderie est idéalement située au niveau supérieur! Il a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur et une zone de pliage!
Le sous-sol fini est l'espace pour s'amuser! Un futon et des poufs, une télévision grand écran, une Xbox 360 et une table de jeu avec une gamme de jeux est l'endroit idéal pour jouer! Passez des heures ensemble ou envoyez les enfants dans une zone de jeu sans souci! Il y a aussi une cinquième chambre au sous-sol avec un lit queen! La cour arrière est clôturée et dispose d'une terrasse élargie pour griller et s'asseoir sur des meubles confortables tout en profitant du soleil du Colorado!

Meghan's beautiful house was perfect for our family. There were 9 of us who fit perfectly in the 5 bedrooms. It was a very nice 4-night visit to Colorado, thanks to our stay in Meghan's house! Meghan relieved our stress by offering extra time in the house because of the blizzard. We WERE able to get to the airport, but she was so sweet and hospitable to us. I don't know when we will get to the Colorado Springs area again, but we would definitely stay with Meghan again!!!! Her house was supplied with everything we needed, and we wished we could have stayed longer. We did quite a bit of traveling around the area, and it was nice that the house is so close to I-25, convenient to reach all the nearby towns... like Colorado Springs, Peyton, Castle Rock, and Denver.

We were in town for a wedding in Palmer Lake. This house was a great location, close to the highway and easy to travel to/from. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Great communication and wonderful to work with!

Stayed at the house in October with several friends and we LOVED it. House was clean and well equipped with everything we could have wanted for both staying and cooking. Plenty of space. Could not have been better, 12/10.

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. The location was perfect!! The house had every amenity needed to make meals for family. We loved grilling out and having dinner on the beautiful patio. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and our young adult children enjoyed the basement area to watch tv away from the adults. This was the best house we’ve stayed in by far. Our whole family said it’s a 5 star house.

The House was just as described and the pictures were dead in! It was PERFECT for our family who were attending our daughters wedding. The location was perfect, the neighborhood very nice and we were close to everything! All of the bedrooms were big, the bed sizes were perfect for our group needs! Felt like home.

This is a great house with plenty of space for a large family and friends. We were a party of 8 with one person visiting from Denver. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner in a fully equipped kitchen and we watched a lot of football.
The home was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable! Thank you!

Fantastic Home close to USAFA
Our family of 7, mostly teens and young adults, had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this beautiful home. Location was convenient to USAFA which was helpful as we made several trips back and forth. The home is well equipped with everything you need. Checking in and out was a breeze and owners were responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Experience!
A group of extended family members from Wisconsin stayed here for a family wedding. This was the perfect home for us and our needs. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The location was great! A simple drive for sightseeing and an easy walk to gas station and some restaurants. Megan was excellent to work with and checked in via text to see if everything was ok. The house is beautiful and clean and worked well for us!

Fit our needs.
Needed a place to stay in town for friends and family in town for a wedding. Communication with owners was excellent, place was nice and clean, had everything we needed. Maybe a few less pillows on the bed would be only comment, but thats my personal opinion.

Excellent location, beautiful and clean house
We stayed here for my cousin's 50th birthday celebration hosted at the Woodmoor Country Club, which was only 10 min away. There were a 5 of us, friends and family. It is a 3 story home (including the basement). There is 4 bedrooms on the 3rd level. One of them is a master with a bathroom. The other 3 do not have a bathroom, but there is a full bathroom on the 3rd level to share. The 2nd level ground level has a living room, half bath and a stufy/flex seating room. Wonderful views of the mountains and spacious backyard. And the basement is like an apartment without a kitchen. It had a seating area, bedroom and full bath. This was a wonderful house for us. Very comfortable and clean. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we come back and visit. Very spacious. We could have had another 3 or 4 guests comfortably. Highly recommend.

Everything we hoped for!
The property is beautiful and new! We had 9 of us in the house and we all had our own space. Conveniently located to all the sites we wanted to see. The neighbors were also very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner. The older kids loved the basement it was there own private oasis. Overall we would stay again and the owners were super responsive and checked in on us via text upon arrival and departure.

Staying in Monument
We came to stay in Monument to be close to the venue where our niece was getting married! The house was exactly as described and fully fit our needs. Megan was easy to communicate with and checked to make sure we were “in” and comfortable!

Joe and Susannah wedding
Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. Accommodated our group of 10, ages 3 to 69. The only drawback for us is that we did not realize there are no bedrooms on the main level. This was a challenge for the one who has difficulty managing stairs, but she took her time and all was well.

Amazing place to stay!!
Our stay was AMAZING! Our host Megan was the best! She checked in on us several times during our stay, and continued to communicate with us until the day we checked out! The VRBO was fully furnished with everything you’d need! We had a 12 month old, and a 15 month old with us, and we had everything we would possibly need! They provided a high chair, and several pack and plays, as well as toys, books, and everything you’d need for kids! On top of that they had cooking utensils, lots of clean bedding, plenty of towels, and so much more! If you’re looking for a place to stay that accommodates a lot of people and had everything you’d possibly need, this place is for you! We were so happy with our experience here and would definitely stay here again if given the chance!

Perfect house for family!
We stayed at this house for a couple nights so that we could visit Garden of the gods and drive up to the Pikes Peak summit before we headed to our next destination. This house was perfect for our group (2 couples plus 5 kids total, ages 14,13,12,11, and 8) with large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and two separate living spaces! We instantly felt right at home! The house is nicely decorated, very clean, and exactly what the photos represent! Check in and check out were super easy & communication with the owners was great. We had no issues or complaints whatsoever, and will definitely keep this house in mind for future trips to the area!

Beautiful and Comfortable
This property was recommended by the wedding venue where our son was getting married, and it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the house was close to everything in Colorado Springs. The house is in a newer neighborhood, and Megan was very responsive and available. Thanks for making a wonderful wedding even more enjoyable for us!

Beautiful Mountain Views!
We enjoyed staying at this property, it was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved walking around the neighborhood and having coffee on the back patio. The host was great at communicating with us and accommodating all of our needs. The host left the lights on for us because we were arriving late in the evening. Would stay here again!

I was stationed in Colorado Springs for two years and lived near Monument. Upon my retirement from the Air Force, I moved out of my home and was in need of a place to stay when my family came out for the ceremony. This property was perfect! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like this house was designed/setup just for me. The owners definitely put a lot of thought and effort into what it takes to make their guests feel at home. It's equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay and it was clean. I have extremely high standards when it comes to cleanliness especially in the bathroom and I can say that this home met my expectations. Everything looked brand new! The only issue I had was the television in the gameroom didn't have the HDMI cable but after contacting Megan, her husband was at the front door within an hour and the tv was working properly. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again if I was to visit Colorado Springs in the future.

Ideal For Our Needs
Beautiful home, nicely appointed, roomy, clean, new, everything worked! A London family of h/w three little girls, plus a grandfather from Oklahoma. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy. Could not have asked for more.

Perfect Wedding Weekend in Monument
This was a great house for us to stay in for my daughter's wedding in Monument. We had enough room to spread out. The downstairs bedroom and bath was perfect for my younger daughter and her husband to have a little privacy. The Master bedroom was great for me and my husband. the closet was huge so I had plenty of room to hang our dresses and other wedding clothing. We had plenty of space to hang out and visit with family. The kitchen was well appointed, we had everything we needed. The cookies and milk left by Megan, the owner, was a tasty personal touch. The home is very tastefully decorated. We felt right at home. The location was great, right off the highway and very close to the center of town. Even though my GPS took me to the wrong house, it was easy to find. I would recommend this home to anyone going to the Monument/Colorado Springs area.

We could not have found a better place to stay! In Monument for a family wedding, and four cousins (with spouses) stayed here. Love the layout, rooms are spacious, location perfect. Great communication from the owners. This will be our go-to house for Colorado!
