The service was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. It was friendly but professional. The restaurant was also very good both for breakfast and dinner.

This was the first time visiting Croatia for my partner and I and this hotel set the bar really high. From the moment we arrived until we left we felt like we were looked after and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was decorated beautifully, to the highest standard I've seen. We took a day trip out on the hotels Riva boat which was out of this world. It was very difficult for us to leave and we can't wait to return!

AMAZING place. Big, big surprise, expensive, but really perfect service, size, location, experience. Great and comfortable stay with amazing staff, food, really everything.

Nothing :), if I try to find something is the smell in reception. You can get the smell out from the cigar room, so maybe more perfume at reception.

Everything was more then excellent. From the service, hospitality they provide to the beautiful design and location.

The Riva lounge is the pinnacle of relaxation… an attentive and friendly staff, beautiful view and luxurious accommodations and good drinks!

The bed was a bit too firm for my wife and I, but that is personal preference.

Most probably the best hotel in Croatia - everything is just perfect!

The room was wonderfull. The minibar was fully furnished in the room with so many things as gifts. The team is as usual : everyone is in the hotel to serve you or make you enjoying the place. The pool is so nice. The sea deck is so relaxing. Dont miss to go in ikador.

The perfect holiday starts with arriving - check in: Refreshing towels, glass of water, welcome drink with moet outside. Super friendly concierge and receptionist Super comfy bed in the room Nice equipment Pool and direct Walk into the sea just perfect Cute little town nearby Good food in the evening, great service.

My recommendation for anyone who needs exclusivity and privacy. Definetely the best place I have visited on the Adriatic coast.

The Culinary Experience: The A-la Card Menu was wonderful: Fresh Fruits, Local Products and many healthy options We enjoyed the view from the Nobilion restaurant: The Sommelier recommended us nice Istrian wines to our Dinner. The Treatment at the Spa was so relaxing: Highly recommend. The Gym has a fantastic view towards the sea side. A pleasure for any kind of workout in the morning.

After this hotel I want to get back to my all previous reviews of all hotels and delete all good scores. This is just amazing and new level. Probably, the best hotel I've ever stayed. Rooms are perfect, view is best possible, staff is really top, food is expensive, but really 10 stars out of 5. Nice thing is that can walk kilometres to the left and right from the hotel.

It was truly exceptional! From the welcome to the "see you soon", we felt like found ourselves a new holiday home, as for we want to return here more often! Every special request got arranged and also the spa experience was delightful.

Everything was perfect

The location of Ikador was absolutely perfect because our room was overlooking the beautiful Adriatic Sea and steps away we could walk outside on the Franz Josef promenade. Parking was underground so no issue there. The interior design of the hotel was very professionally and tastefully completed which could parallel any high class hotel in the world. We cannot say enough about the staff who were very friendly and accommodating and made us feel like we were at home. We had three staff members escort us on our way out with bottles of water for the road and chocolates as a memento of our stay! All meals were delicious and the breakfast was not only delicious but we could choose as many options from the a la carte menu as we wished as we sat outside on the terrace on a sunny morning. It was a peaceful ending to very relaxing stay. Our compliments to all staff members!

The only suggestion we have is to allow for bigger portions on the dinner menu.
