Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es ist ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Pool, sehr schön angelegten Außenbereich mit gemütlichen Liegen, Sitzbereichen und Selbstbedienungsbar. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Da findet wirklich jeder etwas. Die Inhaber und die Angestellten waren alle sehr nett und aufmerksam. Sie bieten einen Taxi-Service und Ausflüge an. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Trotz Fensterläden und Jalousien konnte man die Fenster nicht richtig verdunkeln, deswegen wurde es bereits sehr früh sehr hell.

This is a dream villa! It is top notch in every way. Nada and Goran are a wonderful couple who live in the villa. The premises are gorgeous and very well-maintained. We stayed in the large, 3-bedroom apartment with our baby and absolutely loved it. It was well-designed, stylish and comfortable. The bedrooms are a good size and each is decorated uiquely. The living room couch is super comfy and the TV is enormous with lots of viewing options. The bathroom has a washing machine and there is a drying rack on one of the three balconies. This is not an easy place to find up a hillside (but there are plenty of signs guiding you there!), but well worth the journey. The breakfast was AMAZING! Best value for money at €12 pp and hands down one of the best breakfasts we've ever had while traveling. Don't miss out on it! Loved the Honesty Bar and the stylish, relaxing places to hang out on the property. The surrounding area of Lovran and other small towns is beautiful. It's a very cool area with lots of small (mostly stone) beaches.

Just for future guests to be aware, fyi (not necessarily negative things): 1. As it's one big villa, there is some noise through the walls. The kitchen backed the breakfast kitchen and noise like cabinets opening and closing could be heard distinctly through the wall from 7:30am. It did not bother us and it's not in the bedroom area. 2. There are no air cons in the bedrooms. The air con in the living room/kitchen is very powerful and keeps the apartment cool. But if you want to close bedroom doors and have air con, you cannot. 3. The pool is not heated in the summer, so it's a little colder than expected, but refreshing.

We really liked the hosts, Nada and Goran!!! They are helpful and very friendly persons! They told us everything about the area what is worthy to see and visít! You can find many different beaches In 10 kilometers. Fantastic atmosphere in the garden! Wonderful breakfasts! Keep on rockin' guys!!!! Take care
