It was located next to the pool pump and air conditioners of the bar-and-grill next to it

Everything was worn down. Stains in carpet, couch, bathtub, etc.

Did not like the 3rd party bit. Could not get help from workers at the facility. Had to contact bookings.com to get any kind of help. And they were very hard to contact.

Proximity to beach was awesome and view beautiful BUT the unit is VERY RUNDOWN and many things are broken or seriously outdated. I left a review with the property managers and heard nothing.

Location is good

The room had mold on the curtains and bathroom so much bird poop on the balcony. The carpet looks dirty

the furniture is old and the mattresses are not comfortable

Location was great. Balcony view was great. Tiki bar staff were very nice. Short walk to beach.

I didn't like that I requested a longer stay and I never got a response, then it said Vacasa can't arrange my request ahead of time and that they'll do their best to accommodate on my arrival. Then a few hours before my arrival they sent me an email saying they didn't allow early check in or late check out "because of COVID". I called and asked if I could pay a fee and it was a no. Cause of COVID they had to have enough time to clean etc. And the place was not even that clean, especially the bathrooms. Later on we also called to ask for another blanket because we didn't have enough for 6 guests like we said there were going to be and again a NO "because of COVID". Makes no sense. We were definitely not happy and we'll never book anything that has to do with Vacassa again, first time and last time. Also didn't like their security staff constantly harassing us and other guests about the wristbands, I understand there can be others (not guests) trying to get into facility but they were ridiculous about it. Couldn't walk anywhere without being constantly asked about the wristbands.

Location to the beach and ocean was perfect!

The cafe closed too early. But, it was fine otherwise.

The location of being right on the beach. But then the space you could use as a guest of the resort on the beach was so small and extremely crowded.

The elevators were soooo slow!!! Awful!!!

Location peaceful would stay there again

i loved the view, location and the beaches were amazing
