The unit was not worth the price paid. The toilet overfilled and soaked the floor in the adjacent bedroom doorway. No one from Vacasa would address the issue. Unit also had a very strange chemical like smell. Carpet in bedroom was dirty. Bathroom light was coming loose. Very dated and in disrepair. Just a few of the things that were disappointing

The location it was very convenient to a lot of stores and other beaches if you drive or if you fly you can walk across the way to stores, the chair and umbrella rentals was nice the guys were really cool and quick.

Outside pool was closed, there was only 1 washer and dryer for the entire floor not sure for entire building but the dryer vent was vented into the hallway made the entire floor hot! We were instructed to put our sheets/towel in the washer if we could before we left if we could how when we did not have a washer or dryer in our own suite? We shared it with an entire floor? How would they know it was from our unit? Anyway there’s to much to write here about our unit itself but, as far as the property it was clean the bar downstairs had great food, the beach was nice and clean the tiki bar was also closed when we went to check out all they did was asked what unit we were from and wrote down the unit number two hours later we get notification asking if we were ready to check out.

The bed was too hard and there was some broken glass on the furniture. The outside pool was closed (which I knew ahead of time.)

The corner view was amazing, all though it was not the front Sea view looking out. The windows were floor to ceiling making it a spectacular view! Loved and enjoyed the balcony for morning breakfast and sunsets!! Location was great for viewing area, eating and shopping !

Walls were scuffed -needing touched up. Soiled spots on couch and loveseats. The coffee table was wobbly, making it a hazard if anyone put pressure on it. The shower faucet/handle was loose almost like it was gonna break while using. Outdated curtains and broken clips were off the track. With the right touches and attention it could be beautiful !! Couldn’t use outdoor pool due to construction and was one of the amenities we were offered. Shouldn’t have came while under construction.

The location being right on the water with a direct ocean view was the highlight of this stay.

The unit didn’t seem very clean, the floors felt sticky, the carpet was old and matted, the couches were kind of dirty, the shower didn’t drain well so by the end of the shower you were standing in 10” of water, there was an old pizza left in the oven, the outdoor pool was closed, and worst of all, the mattresses were ancient, spring mattresses and highly uncomfortable. My husband has had several back surgeries and the bed was so uncomfortable he could not sleep. I have never had back issues but I too was highly uncomfortable and woke up with low back pain every morning.

Our room sucked and didn’t come even close to our expectations, we felt like we stayed in a makeshift shed, was actually excited to leave, no elevator.. really? Bar was overpriced, breakfast was overpriced, I don’t feel I got the room I booked!

The beach umbrella service, but even then we still sat so far from the beach it wasn’t that great either.

The pool was closed outdoors, construction was supposed to be finished before we came but wasn’t, or I would have cancelled. Then they shut the indoor pool because it got so disgusting. I was supposed to get an ocean view, instead I got views of other condos. I would have been better staying at a hotel for cheap and waking to a public beach. The staff was rude, they just expected us to drop everything we were doing to accommodate a construction crew.

The outdoor pool is under construction. I slept on the sofa. My sister gave me a blanket from her bed because I was only given a sheet.

Toilet was leaking and moving in the master bathroom and the room was booked for four adults and had no blankets for two adults. The only blanket was in the bed in the master bedroom and we called to get some more but they was never brought so we had to go to Walmart and buy some

We had to pay resort fees, but the pool was closed and we were not advised that we had to rent Beach chair, umbrella in advance so we spent our vacation lane on towels behind everybody else

I made a reservation for an ocean front view but didn't get it. I was told it was nothing I could do but stay in the room that was giving to me because the lobby, vacasa or booking couldn't change anything about it

The apartment was a little dirty

The view from the room was beautiful. Loved how there was an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, steam room, gym, store and restaurant. The location was amazing! The sand was white and the ocean was breathtaking. I loved the mirror walls. I was able to take family photos easily from the mirror view.

The lady at the front didnt seem the friendliest. I had a question on how to work the sauna and she didn't seem to go out her way to help. She ask someone and told me to read the instructions on the door, but it still wouldn't cut on. The change machine was out of order and I was only able to was 1 load from what change I had in my purse. The washer should be free in my opinion. It did a poor job on cleaning the clothes. The iron was leaking water and got my shirt soaking wet. Had to get that replaced. There was no oven mit. Wish there was a hair dryer there, but didn't have one. There was also a spring poking out the mattress that scratched my leg a few times. The room was a little pricey. Maybe if they had free breakfast, it would meet the price.

construction was going on during the entire 2-months stay; at times, the drilling, pounding and concrete grinding noise was so bad some days, you couldn't make a phone call in the apartment Manager reimbursed us 10% of price paid. After tires of five cars of out-of-state tourists were slashed we worried about safety.

The condo was in a good location and directly on the beach. There was ample parking. The building is safe and they have security on site. The on-site store was OK, but a little pricy. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the leather couch sagged a bit, but was OK. The table chair pads were all stained, but comfortable. The balcony chairs were OK, but there was only one very worn TV tray they had for the balcony. There were adequate kitchen supplies and toiletries. There is a washing machine and dryer on the floor. $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. The company managing the property did run me out a blow dryer which was nice. Trash chutes are located on each floor. There are four elevators, so you don't ever have to wait long. The building was well staffed at the front desk and they were very nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The outdoor pool was not heated and the indoor hot tub was not working. The on-site restaurant had limited days and times it was open, and was only serving pizza and alcohol. I couldn't ever even drink coffee out on the balcony without the birds showing up and I was on the 15th floor. There was only one thin towel for drying dishes, one little bottle of dish soap and 1 package of tabs for the dishwasher. It was OK for one person staying there, but it would not be OK if there were more people staying there. The floor was tile and there were no rugs anywhere so the floor was hard and cold to walk on. I like to walk in bare feet. There were no end tables by the couch to hold a drink or a snack. The lock on one of the bathroom doors did not work and I could not get the sliding bathroom door out. The walls need to be patched and painted and the balcony needs to be resurfaced and better furniture. There were no beach towels, or coffee filters. If you were driving you could bring coffee filters, dish soap, beach towels, a box of tissues, paper towels, extra toilet paper etc., but I didn't want to pack all that in my luggage. You pay mostly for the location and the view.

I loved almost everything about it

There was things in the pictures that was not there when we got there. The bedroom door was broke could not shut it. Could not use second fold out couch not enough room to put it out. Bed was very hard. Kept cutting and bruising my shin on bed frame. But other than that really loved the hotel best place ever.

Hotel was in the middle of everything right by all the attractions.

It smelled VERY BAD , older , INCORRECT ROOM I booked for oceanview an got a garbage view instead! oh & the locks didn’t work in the door had to put my suite case in front of it.
