The best thing about the property were the beds, new and clean bedding that sadly is where it stops

Property not as shown in the pictures. Only 3 bedrooms and listed as 4. Furniture shown in the property was dumped in the garden. Furniture shown in the photos on the site are inaccurate. If property had been cleaned it was done badly. Floors not vacuumed. No cleaning products to be able to clean the kitchen which definitely hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. Big stain on bread bin and something in the bread bin but we didn't dare open it to find out what it was. Old dirty dishcloth and sponge left in sink. Washing up bowl required washing up so didn't use. Dishwasher stank and was not usable as door hit radiator so couldn't get in to load. All crockery and cutlery required washing before use so we ate out at all times! No lid on the kitchen bin. No hand soap provided in the bathrooms only the downstairs loo which was missing a lightbulb so unable to use at night. No visible sign of a carbon monoxide detector. Top bedroom blind broken. Units dusty and carpet tatty. Bathroom was tired with split lino. All sinks in bathrooms unclean with scum marks. Chain on front door broken so no additional security to property.

location for Nec was good and the size of the property was good

the standard was very poor the whole house needs repainted and upgraded the owners need to provide basic facilities for guests ( toilet rolls washing up products basic toiletries)

The house is spacious with plenty of sleeping room for multiple guests

1. It was dirty upon arrival and we had to deep clean before settling in 2. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear neighbours and vice versa 3. The neighbours/area as a whole are not friendly (especially if you’re black) 4. There was no sponge/washing up liquid/bin bags 5. The bins outside the house were overflowing

Location close to shops, little noise from attached houses, comfy beds and very clean.

Sofa was quite uncomfortable, and the comfiest looking chair was broken when we arrived so couldn't use that. Also door was broken to downstairs cupboard and toilet upstairs.

The property is in a good location. Big enough for a group.

There was no toilet roll, hand wash, soups or shampoo in any of the bathrooms. The toilet on the top floor was broken and dirty. Left over food was found in the microwave. The sofa was unbelievable uncomfortable. The house wasn’t as clean as you’d expect it to be considering there is a pandemic going on.
