The tranquil location, nestled away from bustling city life, provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The chalet exuded coziness and comfort, offering a delightful stay. While the experience was overall enjoyable, the addition of air conditioning would have enhanced the comfort level even further.

The water pressure in our room was somewhat low, a minor inconvenience during our stay. On a positive note, breakfast was excellent, showcasing a delightful culinary experience. However, there is room for improvement in the dinner offerings for a more satisfying dining experience.

Tolle Lage und tolles Konzept!

Leider ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen- Renovierung und Grundreinigung wären an der Zeit. Der starke Geruch nach Mottenkugel schmälerte das Wohlfühl-Gefühl ebenfalls- schade! Denn die Lage und die Idee sind wirklich cool!

De locatie is heerlijk rustig, je bent omgeven door natuur. Vanaf de veranda is het genieten!

In de omschrijving op Booking wordt van alles beloofd wat er niet werkelijk is. ( Van keuken gerei tot uitzicht op de berg) Bij aankomst bleek ook de kamer nog niet klaar en moest ik herhaaldelijk vragen om spullen die ontbraken (van handdoeken tor een buiten stoel voor de tweede gast en meer). Daardoor moest ik mijn verwachtingen bijstellen en het gaf wat stress om achter dingen aan te moeten die - zeker voor het tarief - wat mij betreft in orde hadden moeten zijn.

Remarkably, this is one of the select few establishments in Ella that features a swimming pool. I indulged in a brisk, refreshing swim in its cool waters for approximately 20 minutes. Nestled in the tranquility of the jungle, it serves as a perfect retreat for those seeking solace away from the bustling energy of Ella. The staff deserve high praise for their exceptional service and positive demeanour. A special mention must be made of the chef, who skillfully prepared a delectable, personalised vegetarian meal for me in the evening. Suitable for those with transport as the location is about 29 mins drive outside of Ella.

Wi-Fi was a bit temperamental.

God comfortable stay. Nice concept and good service Nice infinity pool with mountain view. You will rarely find a pool in ella with this rate. Ample space and more accommodation types

Great luxurious hotel with awesome infinity swimming pool and different creative rooms/houses. We stayed in the treehouse. The host Trevor and cooking staff were amazing people. The little extra's like bringing drinks, towels, Bluetooth speakers, ... were great. They also helped us with looking for cheaper drivers.

The room interieur might get a little extra touch with some plants and flowers. Also the bed is not that long. Oké for us (1m85), but longer people might opt for another room than the treehouse.

toooo much insects not only mosquitos alot of insects that i didnt see it my whole life so it was so hard to sleep and you need to kill insects before you sleep . also location was like 20 minutes by car from city center .

The overall concept of Area 4 is absolutely different. It's calm , unique and stylish. I have been to different countries and many hotels, but this is the first time I spend my day in such a environment. They have 4 types of different units across a big land. The infinity pool and the open restaurant is amazing. Kudos to the staff for helping and assisting me for all what I need. ♥️♥️♥️ You won't find such luxury and freedom at this price. Love the bonfire area and its fabulous 👌 for ppl who find a place for a nice evening drink This place is close to more hidden attractions, such as underground blue water pond. Two secret waterfalls (only 1 1/2 km) I dnt think , Sri Lanka will have such a unique place with container, big luxury bus, tree houses and spirit cubes.. Thanks team area 4 ella
