The location, right in front of the community pool. Right size for a family of 4. Well equipped. Nice decoration.
Some parts of the villa need maintenance. We didn’t use the outdoor furniture, not in great shape.

I loved how close it was to the beach and shopping. The cleanliness was superb.
The volume control to the TV did not work. We had to rearrange the furniture just to hear it. On our last night, the volume completely shut off. On the second night the water heater quit, and I had to take a freezing shower. Luckily by the time we were heading to bed my husband found the breaker and was able to restore power to the water heater.

Great community and well maintained property
I wish it were closer to beach. Checkout time at 10am should be reconsidered for a family trip it’s difficult to organize this early. Later checkout option say 11am would have been appreciated...
