Die Lage ist super, zentral und in einer netten Seitenstraße gelegen. Von außen wirkt das Haus gepflegt.
An der Sauberkeit hat es leider gehapert. Die Ecken waren schmutzig, im Badezimmer durfte man leider auch nicht genauer hinsehen, alles sehr notdürftig nur gesäubert.
