Maison de luxe entièrement rénovée à Charlotte !! Cette belle maison est idéalement situé dans le mont. La région d'Island Lake est à seulement 6 km du centre national des États-Unis Whitewater et du parcours de golf Pine Island Country Club. Il est à 10 minutes de l'aéroport international Charlotte-Douglas, à 15 minutes du centre-ville (Charlotte) et du Nascar Hall of Fame, à 20 minutes du circuit automobile Charlotte Motor Speedway, à 20 minutes du parc à thème Carowinds et bien plus encore! Il dispose de 4 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains et peut accueillir jusqu'à 11-12 personnes. L'espace de vie extérieur est incroyable, il comprend un bar, une télévision et des radiateurs. Definitely will stay again
This was a nice place to stay whether you wanted to sit inside and watch tv or use the outside patio. We spent most of our time, at the house, on the back patio. I would definitely stay here again if ever needed to and recommend the property to friends/family. I like that the manager responded to my email pretty quickly.

In Charlotte for mother’s life celebration
we mostly just slept here. Nice space. four people instead five. Nice touches of free keurig pods and creamer and available wine.
For the cleaning price it should include stripping beds and garbage. No towel rack or hooks in bathroom. Paint on half bath toilet, Broken window in garage bedroom . Large chair in kitchen is bizarre.Terrible tv service. I had a great experience for what I needed…

Wonderful weekend getaway
Perfect property to take the family to the Whitewater Center for the weekend! Close and convenient to everything we needed. We especially loved spending our evenings on the back veranda!

The home is very nice. Enjoyed the covered patio area with TV and the out door firepit. The home has great are space for a family. I would definitely rent it again.

Toilet issue
There was an issue with 2 of the 3 toilets and I informed the property manager. The response I received wasn’t the most polite.

the price is not worth it for what it really is
I strongly disagree that you are charging us an extra cleaning fee when one has already been paid initially, by the way very expensive. First of all, the the internal fireplace of the house was not working, one of the reasons why we made this reservation was because of the fireplace and it was very unpleasant to know that when we were already in the house. Which is fundamental for the cold of the season. Very bad communication service. the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The dryer is not working properly. In conclusion it is extremely expensive for what it really is. thanks

Nicely Remodeled!!
I was looking for a place where my family and I could really enjoy ourselves and not feel cramped. The check-in process was seamless! The property was gorgeous! Especially the back patio area. It really felt like a home away from home. Thanks Rico for being so easy to work with and accommodating!

The property was beautifully decorated with hardwood flooring. We loved the private backyard with a cabana style seating area.

Great property! Would book again!
Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. The house is even more beautiful in person, photos do it no justice. Rico was extremely cooperative and responsive and was there if my group needed anything. The only downside to the house was that the cable only had a few channels, and the bedrooms didn’t have TV’s. Other than that our stay was great! We would definitely stay here again!
