I liked how clean it was. I loved that it was supplied with shampoo and soap for the bathroom. The beds were comfortable
I didn’t like that breakfast started at 7 on Saturday we stay at hotels that have a continental breakfast because we enjoy it. We come to fort mill for volleyball tournaments and usually have to be at the facility at 7:15-730 so we didn’t get to enjoy breakfast so I kinda feel robbed of that leisure. I would book again but unfortunately since breakfast starts late i won’t book here again which is unfortunate. My daughter needs to be able to eat before a tournament.

Staff was helpful with eating suggestions, room was clean and spacious, and the location was easy to get to/from! We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!
The vent IN the shower made the bathroom feel super cold, and I personally like the AC/heat to have a fan option for “white noise.”

Excellent location based on my needs. But still it was easy to find and easy access to and from premises. Quiet and clean! Also it was across the street from the Church we were attending a service at.
Fortunately I was only there overnight but I did not see or incur anything that I did not like.

Very friendly staff, great location, would definitely stay again because the things we didn't like were minor and fixed.
The shower was a little dirty, and out of soap but when I called they brought it right up. Little things like little dusty, our soap had dried soap on it from the last person in the room.

breakfast was fine but breakfast attendant could be heard being very rude when guests were asking about empty food items or even when they were just saying thank you to her
front desk person was sitting in the lobby when we arrived talking on her cell phone. had to wait for her to finish call to come behind the front desk. She said we didn't have reservation under our last name, we showed her our confirmation number from email, then she just happen to find our reservation but it had a different confirmation number??

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. My 10 yr old grandson loved it and wanted to stay longer. He ate so much I thought he might pop!
I work in the travel industry and stay in different hotels every night while working. I have been in most major cities of the US and abroad. The facilities were fine but it was really the people who work in this hotel that sets it apart.
The staff was wonderful. They were beyond friendly and courteous. The woman at the front desk, Kelly, was so helpful when we had a booking snafu. The breakfast staff treated us like family. Everyone with whom we came in contact was wonderful.
Some of the breakfast items were not as warm as they could be but there wasn't anything important that didn't meet or surpass expectations.
