Stayed here with my daughter and a friend after moving my daughter out of her CCU dorm. Had a relaxing girls weekend on the beach in a location convenient to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The owner of the home was kind, professional, and courteous. She was readily available if I had any questions. She went above and beyond to ensure my family was comfortable and had everything we needed upon arrival. The home was professionally cleaned before arrival. Therefore, we walked into a freshly cleaned home. The cleaning service used paid close attention to detail. The location was perfect!! The condo development was family-friendly and quiet. This allowed the family to unwind and relax to the quiet sounds of the waves nearby. Oh, did I mention the condo was across the street from the beach? What a way to end a perfect day by sitting on the balcony while listening to the waves!! Before our departure, the owner reached out to ensure all went smoothly. She was very genuine and wanted to ensure our family had a pleasant time and that we enjoyed our stay! As mentioned, the owner went above and beyond!! We cannot wait to go back! We highly recommend it!

Our stay was short but the condo was perfect. Enjoyed drinking a cup of coffee every morning then walking across the road to the beach. Everything we needed was included.

The property looks as advertised. It was very clean and the color scheme of the walls was so relaxing. We had everything we needed. Marlene was very easy to work with and she gave me directions to get around the traffic coming in which was a God send. Even though this property is located across the street from the beach the beach entrance is literally in front of the condo and it was a closer walk to the beach than staying at a large resort. The air conditioning works really well which is a big plus for me. The reviews of this property is why I booked it and I was not disappointed will definitely stay here again. The only down side is the parking but if you can get the spot closest to the elevator you can back straight back into the spot or park on the side. My recommendation to anyone who is reading this review is to not hesitate to book this place you won’t regret it. I never leave reviews but was so satisfied with this condo I had to leave a review. Thank you Marlene I truly enjoyed myself!

Property was as advertised and a great location. Small refrigerator issue first night and hosts responded immediately and had it fixed in under an hour. Will definitely stay again in the future!

This is a great condo for a small family wanting to be close to the beach, and wanting access to a pool, and you can't beat the price! The condo is small, yet we never felt cramped, and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Marlene is responsive, kind, and down to earth. We would book this place again for sure.

The unit is so convenient to the beach and many good restaurants. The owners are very easy to communicate with and happy to help if there is a problem. Shortage of eating utensils but otherwise well stocked. if compact, kitchen. Parking under the building can be difficult due to HVAC units taking up so much space on one side. There are a few outside spaces, however, if you have a large vehicle.

Our stay was not perfect such as a lack of paper towels and soap bottles which Marlene rectified quickly when we told her. But the quality of the beach, this place's proximity to it, Marlene meeting you upon your arrival, and her attention to your needs are all so outstanding that I had to rate our stay as five stars. As we can highly recommend this place to anyone and we might be back ourselves as well in the future!
