This Palm Springs property with pool is truly outstanding! Beautifully decorated with everything needed for our 8 night stay. The pool is perfect with excellent landscaping & great mountain views. Location is excellent, 10 minutes to downtown & only minutes from a very good grocery store. The owner is terrific & we hope to stay here again!

This place has everything you need, and a fantastic pool to sit around. You can walk to groceries and restaurants, and it's a quick bike ride to downtown Palm Springs. We've stayed here twice and we will be back.

Spent 2 nights in Palm Springs at an en suite . Very clean and nice and accurately described in the listing. Alan , the owner was very helpful and a fun man to talk to. Will definitely stay again if I get the opportunity.

The property was nice, the only glitch that we experienced was that I was under the impression that it was a 2 bedroom that we were renting, instead of an in-law suite. The other note of clarification, should be that the owner lives on the property during the rental period. Other than that, the property was sufficient for our needs.

This is the first time we stayed on a shared property, and it felt like we had the place all to ourselves. The space was clean and all the appliances worked perfectly. Allan has an amazing property, he is really friendly and made it clear he was available by phone if we needed anything. Overall a great stay and definitely considering booking again.

We loved our two weeks here! Alan is a wonderful host. He responded quickly to any questions we had, and obviously takes great care of his beautiful property. The pool and patio area provides great view of the mountains, and is beautifully landscaped. There is some airport noise, but we were able to tune it out. The property is convenient to grocery stores, pharmacies, laundromat and a wonderful Mexican market which also had great takeout that we enjoyed several times! We highly recommend staying here, and would stay here again!

This was our second stay at Alan’s. He greeted us when we arrived, followed up quickly on a couple of requests, and made us feel at home. Location is perfect for quick trips to downtown and to golf courses. Albertsons is walkable. Highly recommend!

The property was fine. The bed wasn't ( it felt like it might break while were moving around on it)
We experienced sewer gas smell Wednesday morning and mentioned this to the owner. When we got back to the property and had the owner come take a look. He ended up telling us to " get the f--+off hos property. (He refused to even walk into the bathroom and smell what we were smelling) He said he was calling the police. So, we had to go to a motel. Unfortunate, because everything else about our trip was very nice.

The host Alan is wonderful & promptly greeted us upon arrival. The casita is very nice, clean & comfortable. We enjoyed cooking on the grill & using the pool during our stay. You are in walking distance to the grocery store & within a short driving distance to downtown Palm Springs.

This is the place to stay in Palm Springs. Alan is an amazing host and it’s demonstrated in every aspect of the home. The house is beautifully decorated, super comfortable, equipped with everything you need and more. This will be my place to stay when I’m in Palm Springs. The service Alan provides is that of a 5-star location.

Very impressed with owner's art and space design. The interior left a feel for comfortable space and quiet privacy. Host accommodated any requests, added information about the area and generally made us feel very welcome. Location was perfectly situated to town yet felt very calm. Well done!

This is a superb property, beautifully appointed with sunlight streaming in from 3 different directions. Its small and perfect for one or two people. The host was always on site and always helpful.

Perfect desert getaway!
The casita is quintessentially Palm Springs! The stylish decor reflects the Midcentury Modern vibe of Palm Springs. It's private but the host was near at hand. The casita is beautifully designed for comfort and efficiency. It's light and bright and the pool was a bonus. Location was in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to downtown and other activities.

Great place
This was a perfect place to stay. I booked at the very last minute and Alan was very responsive and sent me all I needed to book his Casita within minutes of when I contacted VRBO. I got in very late but Alan stayed up to greet me and show me around. The place had everything I needed, was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. I was able to even walk to the grocery store in the morning to get food. Thank you!

I had a fantastic time at the casita. It was perfect and exactly what I wanted and needed. Alan was great and thorough and super welcoming. Really enjoyed the use of the pool and had the BEST time. Will definitely rent again when I am back in town.

The Host alan, was very warm and personable. The casino was absolutely beautiful it was comfortable and very soothing decor. We had the utmost of privacy and access to the pool and it was probably one of the most enjoyable trips we've ever had in Palm Springs
