Perfect stay for the perfect price. Very clean and tidy, with everything you need to enjoy some time away. The location is great, close to all amenities, some secluded beaches and the main beach if you're so inclined. Thanks for a great stay.

Close to amazing beaches and National Park. We had a great stay in this lovely flat that was spacious enough and had everything we needed for the five of us, including a garden and a bbq.
No shortage of things to see and do in the area.
A special thanks for modifying our dates due to a change of circumstances, much appreciated!

Older style but kept in great condition. Full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and clean bathroom, quiet location. Close to Shoal Bay shops and restaurants, a little up hill to walk home but not far . Love the area backing onto the national park and a short walk over to the beach

This place is a little goldmine. It is beautifully appointed, and it has both a balcony (with glimpses of Shoal Bay) and a beautiful back courtyard so it is like having your own backyard. The only downside is having to bring your own linen and towels which is a bit inconvenient, also there is no wifi at the property. Would recommend however to other guests.

Nice and close to beach and country club

My friends and I enjoyed a couple of days relaxing by spreading out in the spacious lounge talking to late in the night. Each morning after breakfast prepared in the well equipped, the three of us walked the 10 minutes down to the beach to pick up shells, chase the waves and explore the paths. For lunch and tea, we discovered many cafes and eating places around the area suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The whole experience was restful and relaxed.
Our only concerns was the lack of internet and the flight of stairs at the front of the apartments; a little daunting for 3 older ladies.

We booked an impromptu trip a week before in lieu of Queen's remembrance day and were surprised to see this apartment still available.
An exceptional apartment. The place was squeaky clean and had everything you needed to make it a pleasant stay. A 5 minute walk to Shoal Bay for beaches, restaurants, cafes, drinks etc. and away from the hustle and bustle in a busy period.
My family and I loved the fact we could go on bushwalks from the back yard down to Zenith Beach and beyond too.
The check in process was a breeze too and Greg was very accomodating.
The only regret I had was not being able to use the BBQ due to the unpredictable weather. We will definitely be back. Very impressed!

We loved staying here the courtyard backs onto National Park and is a great feature of the property sunshine in the morning shade in the afternoon. It is clean and spacious. The owners were amazing when we needed to extend our stay, they communicated direct with us vis email and were very understanding giving us first option when they received an enquiry. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

We had a great experience staying at Adriana - every thing from booking, receiving the keys, and guest information was revived in a timely process. The accommodation was spotless, and comfortable. The beds were cosy, and the outlook was peaceful. It was an easy walk into Shoal Bay, and met all our family requirements.

We really enjoyed our stay at your unit. We found every thing we needed was there. We did not get around to using the BBQ. We will be booking in again in July as soon as I get our dates right. We loved staying at this hidden gem in shoal bay- it had everything we needed and was so central to everything Port Stephens has to offer! It was clean and quiet and my husband and our four children enjoyed bbqs in the courtyard overlooking the beautiful bush right at the back door. Would definitely stay again!

The backyard was amazing! We loved exploring the walking tracks and discovering each of beautiful beaches the paths lead to. We felt very much at home during our stay and would love to return someday.

We loved our week long stay in Adriana. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was brilliant, equipped with everything we could possibly need - I could have baked a cake if I wanted! Short bush walks to secluded beaches literally at our back door became a highlight of the trip. There is a flight of stairs from the garage to the front of the building. Walk to Shoal BAy beach and shops is about 5 to 8 minutes - slight incline on the way back. There is also an excellent laundry in the apartment and clothes line in the courtyard - perfect for longer stays. We will definitely be back!
