This condo has an excellent direct oceanfront balcony with barstool chairs so you get a great view of the water. The condo had everything you could want, including beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nicely decorated. We found a lot of restaurants in the area and not a lot of traffic when we stayed there the last week of February.

This condo is super close to the water!! We enjoyed sunrises from the balcony. Loved the room with 3 beds for my children. Lots of storage. The condo is across from the elevator and coin laundry machines. ($4 a load) Another plus was the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards that were included. Large TVs in all the rooms. The pool is heated and very warm. The grounds were kept clean. Many good restaurants and attractions nearby. A condo is being built next door. Our only problem was the ocean water. There is a long rock reef about 8 to 10 ft out running along the coast in front of the condo. We couldn't enjoy the water because the rock reef hurt our feet and if we did get pass the rocks the waves would smash you back into it. A long line of shells were about 5 ft. in the water which also hurt while swimming. We had to drive 8 minutes South to find a public beach without rocks and shells.

Can't wait for next year to do it again.

It was our first time in the area, so much more laid back and quiet then Cocoa Beach. The Ocean view was incredible from the condo. Keep in mind the balcony was directly in front of the pool, which most of the time was full of families and children. The condo was fully equipped with all the basic amenities, nice little kitchen and beds were comfortable, but the couch and love seat need to be replaced. The resort is one of the older buildings more for families with children and pets. As a couple we would return to the area but would stay somewhere different.

The good…We enjoyed our stay. The place was great. Beautiful location. The bad…the floor was filthy. Everything else was clean but you couldn’t walk across the floor without ending up filthy. The couches and king bed were horribly uncomfortable. They really need updating.

Stayed for one week in October with my two teen children. The unit we stayed in had plenty of room, although the kitchen was very small if you plan to do any cooking. There are all the kitchen tools you need, but no tupperwear for leftovers and half of the measuring cups and spoons are missing. But the location was perfect, easy access to Publix and lots of takeout. When we showed up the floors were a little gritty, but we found a broom in the closet and were able to clean the floors. There were plenty of towels, and the room had toilet paper, paper towels, and small, wrapped soap. Everything you need for a few days.

First off I want to warn everyone that they will need to buy toilet paper and hand soap. After a 19 hour drive we get to the unit and there was only enough toilet paper in the roll for 1 time and absolutely no soap in the unit. The unit smelled musty and moldy, it was outdated and the furniture and beds were not comfortable. As a matter of fact the bunk beds creaked and moaned every-time my son (who is only 90lbs) would move, I was worried they were going to fall apart. Also TV didn’t work, in the email I received prior to check in listed how to trouble shoot it, so if you know it’s having trouble the own should just FIX it! Disappointed that you spend that kind of money and the unit was only sub par. I will not rent again. Area/location was great we were there for a Softabll tournament. I did not contact the owners with anything while I was there, we were stretched for time with the games as it was (so that is why I gave the communication a good rating, because I really don’t know)

If you are looking for an awesome family time without all of the touristy crowds, then this is the place for you! The owner was very responsive! The 2 dog parks are awesome! The management and crew that work there and keep the place going were all very nice and friendly!

Fantastic oceanfront location on a quiet beach. Perfect for families and extremely pet friendly. Took our 14 yo lab and 82 yo Oma. Everyone enjoyed it! Relaxed to the sound of the ocean from a large balcony. Private heated pool. Only an hour from Orlando which makes for an easy day (or two) trip. Even saw a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! Convenient Publix across the street. Only downside is no restaurants within walking distance. Overall highly recommend.

Paradise Beach Club was a great property for our family vacation. It has a nice pool, and beach access is very convenient. Unit 337 was nicely furnished; the kitchen was well equipped; and it had a great view of the pool and beach. The Internet connection worked well for "work from home."

This is my second stay here. Great location and great experience on both stays.

We had a wonderful time at Satellite Beach! The condo was exactly as described and we had a great visit! We will definitely return!

Condo was clean, perfect view, heated pool was very nice. We had some issue with a few ants and bugs. When I called Drew he responded very quickly and sent a pest guy. We would stay again.

Great space clean quiet and so worth the money. This was our second trip to satellite. We have never been disappointed with one of Drew's rentals.

The rental part was great and condo very nice! Had some issues with property itself. We were without water for over 2 hours one day with no warning and so much banging and noise above us that we couldn't even carry on conversation, on a rainy day when you couldn't be outside.

Condo was just as we expected. Views were gorgeous of the ocean. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Loved the bunk beds and all the bedding and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Full size kitchen was nice for preparing meals. Complex itself was quiet, super pet friendly, and close to restaurants. Publix across street. Elevator right outside door and washer and dryer right beside elevator. Drew was great to work with. There was an issue one day with our key code lock. Emailed Drew and within 5 min someone was there to fix it. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

We had a very nice, relaxing week! The condo was clean and well stocked. It was great having an umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and beach towels in our condo. We have no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Excellent location - could not ask for a better view of the ocean. Unit was clean and neat. Excellent communication with owner. Very satified.

The sofas are nice but need to be refurbished with some newer and stronger foam. I felt like I was sitting on the floor and neither of us could barely get out of them. A little closer attention to cleaning the vents on a regular basis would be a benefit to the owners. The main one I noticed was the living room. However, on further inspection all of them needed some regular cleaning. Overall,. We had a great time and would return again----great beds and pillows.

Great view, but not much beach to walk on until low tide. Only thing that I can complain about is in the ruless it states children under 12 must have parent supervision at pool. There was like a family that rented out like 2 bottom floor rooms with at least 7 kids between them with the majority of them under 12 and would just sit on their patio (which is not the pool patio) and let the kids pretty much run the whole pool area. We weren't the only ones to notice this. I know this wasn't something that couldn't really be controlled at the time. BUT pool rules should maybe be enforced a little better.

Exterior had wind damage to edge of roof. Some road noise from State Route A1A. Windows were excellent at keeping noise out. I would stay here again.

I loved this condo! The location is fantastic. I brought my three teenagers, and we all had plenty of room to spread out. The condo was stocked with beach chairs and even umbrellas so you could keep yourself in the shade on the beach, if needed. The pool is heated, which was a plus since we were there during a "cold" spell. The teens loved being across the street from Dunkin Donuts, Publix and a newly renovated theater. This area of town is great because it is quiet, and not super touristy. It was also an easy hour drive from Orlando/Disney World. We will definitely be back.

There are so many great things about this condo. It was conveniently located right off the elevator door. The laundry machines are located right outside the unit as well. The owner's did a great job with the decor. The unit was very roomy and airy. The unit was very clean, though we did have a problem with ants. The kitchen was very well stocked. And there were plenty of boogey boards, beach chairs, and toys. The bed in the master bedroom was wonderful. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on away from home. The balcony was so awesome. And you felt like you were sitting right on the beach while you were sitting on the balcony. And you have a great view of the pool. So, why only three stars?? I really wanted to love this place, but the cons were enough that I would probably never stay here again, and so I need to mention them. The deal breaker for me was the master bedroom set up.....I have never stayed in a condo where the master bedroom was not the room with the ocean view and the balcony. I couldn't wait to get there and leave my door cracked and listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean while I slept. No, not only was the masterbed room not on the ocean side, it was on the side of the building that faced the A1A. So, not only did we have to keep our blinds closed the entire time we were there for privacy (the walkway to the units runs right by the windows), we had the joy of listening to the highway all night long. We got to wake up to the sounds of trash trucks at 5 am, and speeding cars accelerating from the traffic light right outside. It was not fun. And the point of vacation is to get away and get well rested, we came home exhausted from lack of sleep. We tried covering our heads with pillows. One night, I tied my sweatshirt around my head and ears. There were some other minor cons, while not deal breakers for me, I need to mention also. THERE IS NOTHING TO DO IN THIS AREA! NOTHING! So, we thought we would enjoy sitting on the balcony in the evenings watching the stars and listening to the ocean. Well, the unit (which is a permanent residence) two levels below us, also enjoyed the same thing while him and his buddies smoked cigarettes. So, we had the smoke rising up to us and choking us out. That was so disappointing also. The kitchen is very small. Two people have to do a dance in there to cook anything together. And, I think next time with washer/dryer in room. $4 a load got old fast.

This place is amazingly close to the surf and much quieter than the Cocoa Beach areas we drove through, I loved it! With 3 kids we had PLENTY of room, I was really impressed with the layout in the second bedroom, not your typical two twin beds, this really came in handy. The pool is impressively large, even when full it doesn't feel cramped. Publix is right across the street, which is a big deal for us as we do a lot of our own cooking. But there is no shortage of great places to grab a bite within a few minutes drive. This was our base for traveling the area. We visited Kennedy Space Center and Merrit Island in our farthest trips out and enjoyed the ride each way. Great location, family friendly, off the beaten path. They are in the process of building a huge new condo setup right next door so not sure how long it will stay quiet and family friendly, but we'd go back in a heartbeat!
