Bienvenue au Paradise Beach Club sur l'océan Atlantique! Le magnifique bâtiment récemment rénové et bien entretenu est aussi proche de la plage que possible! La grande piscine chauffée et la salle d'exercice entièrement vitrée donnent sur l'océan. Le complexe a été construit juste à côté de la digue afin qu'il soit plus proche de l'océan que tout autre bâtiment du comté. Il est parfaitement situé sur une belle plage calme et pourtant très proche des commerces et des restaurants.
Cette unité de coin de luxe directement au troisième étage en bord de mer est l'unité la plus proche de l'océan dans tout le bâtiment! Le grand balcon offre une vue à 270 degrés sur les plages au nord et au sud, l'océan et la piscine.
Magnifiquement décoré avec un goût haut de gamme. La cuisine entièrement équipée est bien équipée. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon avec une télévision supplémentaire dans la chambre principale. Une spacieuse suite parentale offre une vue sur l'océan, un lit king-size et une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits jumeaux avec une salle de bains séparée.
Nous sommes à dix minutes au sud de Cocoa Beach et à une heure à l'est d'Orlando. Passez la journée à Disney World et revenez à la plage la nuit!. Satellite Beach possède d'excellents restaurants, un centre de tennis de classe mondiale à quelques minutes et un golf à proximité.

This is a lovely unit with a clean feel and nice furniture and artistic details in the living area. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped. Areas for improvement would be better beach umbrellas (the 2 we tried were broken and small and problematic), and real beach towels (full size - not bath towels). Owner was super responsive and very helpful.

It was a wonderful time on the beach everything was very clean neat and organized once we arrived the grounds were clean we are thankful we were able to get away.

This is my second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first. You are so close to the beach here that you don't even need to go down to the sand and water unless to want to. Got that a great, relaxed beachy vibe just chilling on the balcony watching the waves. I'm sure I'll be back!

The view was outstanding, kinda annoying we got woken up every morning around 6:45 to dump trucks coming past the condo on the beach with loads of sand, the room definitely could have been cleaned better, food on the counter, microwave, and dirty plates put in cabinets. The bedsheets were dirty, im hoping the sheets were washed for us.... overall we loved it, i just cleaned the condo myself when we got there.

This condo is literally on the beach. Ocean views from bedroom living room and kitchen. You definitely feel like you are closest condo to the water. The pool looks directly over the water. The condo is fully equipped to cook all meals, which we only ventured out for dinner. Super close to some cool places. Publix is right across the street and Walmart is about 10 mins down the road. The condo has laundry at $2 to wash and $2 to dry in common area. The unit has books and games for families. 2 bedrooms with a pull out sofa and a roll away cot. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Towels are provided for the beach and so are beach toys and chairs! Definitely will be back. We had a bonus of seeing 2 rocket launches, right off our balcony. This place didn't disappoint. Look no further. This is the unit to book!

I booked for just a few days to get away from a very stressful job and relax . Mission accomplished. Sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean was ideal. The view was outstanding . Hope to stay again some time.

As we all know, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Upon our arrival, there was a slight issue that was of no fault of the owner or property manager.
Bill reacted instantly to fix our issue, we above and beyond to accommodate and fix the issue without hesitation.
Other than that, nice view of the ocean, unit is very well maintained and updated

This is my family's new favorite place. It looked exactly like the photos and Bill was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The staff at the facility was great as well. We had mentioned not having boggy boards and within 30 minutes they brought 2, the manager said for them to bring them for us. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean, it was not as crowded as many beaches and was quiet. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Best view of ocean ever in 30+ years of vacation travel. Loved the place and all the surroundings. Everything you need within 10 minute drive or five minute walk. Pool was amazing and beach access right off the pool deck was perfect. Highly recommend year round. Book it if it’s available, you will not be disappointed.

The property was great. The location of our condo was excellent. We could see the beach and the pool from our balcony and our bedroom window. Access to the beach and pool we easy. The place was smaller and more expensive than the others we have stayed at in this area, but we did wait until the last minute to reserve.

We enjoyed the gorgeous water views and the close proximity to the beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants. The area felt very safe and the resort was clean and well maintained.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this resort!

We have stayed at this property 3 times and it has always been great. The unit has 270 degree beach views with a balcony that overlooks the beach, making you feel like you are on the beach without the sand. We have had perfect views of 2 space launches from the balcony during our stays. The unit is well appointed with everything you need for your stay...dishes, blender, everything. What really was fantastic was how comfortable the master bedroom mattress is. The location is right across the street from a grocery and there are lots of great restaurants within a mile. The location is quiet and the property has before/after 10:00 morning and evening noise restrictions making it really quiet and serene.
There are some aspects of the property that are a little outdated but it is still spectacular. This visit, there were a couple of maintenance issues that arose that the owner corrected immediately upon notification. This owner is a class act and communication with him is easy. We truly love this property and highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Paradise Beach. We were so close to the beach! Communication with Bill was great. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Condo was very nice.

Best beach views
We came to the area for a baseball tournament. We were overall happy with the condo. It provided the best beach views! It was spacious and suited our needs. Beds were comfortable. I would say the only thing that might make it better is to offer a washer and dryer for use in the unit as many of the other condos in the building have that amenity. Otherwise, we had a great experience!

Our last 3 days we were entertained by 3 dolphins swimming about 150 feet out from the sandbar.
Beautiful views of the Sunrise and sunsets.

Stunning Ocean Front Condo
The view from every window was of the Atlantic and the sound of the coursing waves was healing and also quieted the surrounding sounds. This private corner unit was decorated in a lovely yet cozy way and the master bedroom could not have been more comfortable or had a better view! (I didn't sleep in the twin beds.) The pool was nice too and mostly filled with families with young children. The ocean was steps away. It is exactly as advertised and I highly recommend it!

This property is about 20 feet from the ocean. Large waves curled as surfers abounded. The condo has games and beach chairs and boogie boards to allow the guest to make the most time away from home.

Phenomenal views
We have stayed at this property before and love it. Views can't be beat. Quiet, well stocked with everything you need. Many restaurants and grocery store close by. Master bed is super comfy unlike most places. We love this place. Only negative this trip was that the complex office was never opened so we couldn't get the shuffleboard equipment or complain about the maintenance workers on the sea wall working until 10 p.m. on a Friday night or from power washing the walkways and spraying dirty water all over our car and others parked next to the building. Only reason the Friday workers stopped at 10 p.m. was my husband threatened to call the police for a noise code violation. The owner had no control over that. We still love this place and booked again for next year.

Corner unit with a wonderful view. Condo was very comfortable for our family of 5 and had all the amenities we needed. Easy access to the stairway and elevator. Publix and Walgreens across the street. Minor dishwasher issue but owner apologetic and will repair. We’ll stay again.
