Bathroom a bit grim - in need of deep clean shower wall area. Broken open window in bathroom letting mosquitoes in.

Location great, near beaches & amenities. Nice staff. Great bathroom . IF coffee is important the Starbucks is only a few blocks away & open to 2am! Near a nice bar called The Cliff right on the ocean.

My pillow smelled like like it was not washed. It had body odor. I am sensitive to smells. This is the only thing that bothered me . I was given a bill of 300 RM but my charge statement showed 546RM?? Pool hard to enter & leave . No hand rails for safety. If u have any physical disabilities then this pool is not 4 u. The loft room is difficult to climb & bring your luggage up (if u have physical difficulties)

mosquitoes could access our room via the door which had cracks in it and gaps all around the door. The nice manager provided a towel to put at the bottom of the door to block that gap. However it was impossible to seal off all the gaps so we were provided with extra mosquito plug in repellents. After our 3 nights stay for 5 people when we were leaving the chambermaid was on the desk and tried to keep our deposit as 2 towels had makeup/ tanning products on them. She showed us the towels as she had kept them. We asked fur the manager and pointed out that that that the document stated that we could only be charged for unremovable stains and the stains on the 2 towels were removable. The manager agreed the stains were removable and returned our deposit.

Breakfast was not provided, however we understood this, the location is excellent

Being next the pool as we reserved was great but with children around can be noisy. This is not at any fault to the accommodation.

Room is dark

Great location right across from the beach. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Best part was the two extremely cute cats that lived there during the day.

The rooms were lovely but the shower was directly next to the toilet meaning the whole bathroom would be wet every day. Towels were old and stained so could do with an upgrade.

The location is superb! With food trucks and right in middle of cenang road shops. Very convenient! The room interiors are very beautiful!

Unfortunate that there was no water from the toilet on one of the mornings so we couldn't shower etc before off to a day packed full of activities. However, it was resolved when we got back at the end of the day, thank goodness! :)

Very beautiful place, with wonderful hospitality from everyone. My wife and I loved it so much, we had a wonderful honeymoon. I requested a honeymoon decoration in our studio, and it was very beautiful with a peace of cake ready for us. The location is perfect near to the beach, just walking distance. It's also near to shops and goods.

Great location, very central and close to everything. Comfy beds and nice rooms, nice swimming pool area. Staff were very helpful. There were food trucks right next door at night times with good food options and vibrant atmosphere. Very close to the beach.

The soundproofing on the rooms were lacking - we could hear our neighbours and activity in the hallway very clearly. Some guests were quite inconsiderate and being loud late at night. Recommend to bring ear plugs. The shower water pressure was a bit weak.

i love the environment of the hotel itself, the decoration for honeymoon was perfect. very comfortable place to sleep and it is near to every facilities and few meter away from pantai chenang beach..
