It’s easy to look for, there’s a grocery mart on the ground floor so we had a place to buy the things we needed.

There were a lot of baby roaches all over the place. The elevator line is always long and it takes too long to get on it.

It's near shops and has a mall on the first floor. Accessible to tourist attractions near manila and to variety of modes of transportation. Unit-wise, they collect our garbage in the morning, has a kitchenette, a big toilet and warm shower. Staff were responsive when we contact them.

I upgraded my booking to 4 double beds, but we got 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed. Then, we had powercuts every now and then, one was at 4am in the morning, since then we were awake the whole day. We called the emergency contact number and they said they will put credit/ "load" for the elecricity. And then the next day, we had another at 5am, same story. No washing machine as advertised, so we had to go to laundry shops. Aircon is weak as well. Dining table has only 1 chair.

The staffs, the towel & the connection! After checked in, they asked to wait for the keys but after few hours, they still havent show up. I called, but no one answer. I called many times. Only the next morning they give us the key. There were two times the unit blackout. We dont know why. Then I found out, they should have given us the access card. On the first day, they asked us to take a picture of an access card and just show to the security downstair. So we did it. But the last second day, the security quiry & he tried to find our ID that we leave at the counter. To my shocked, the staffs didnt leave our ID at the counter. They keep it by themselves. Luckily they didnt lost it! (They requested for extra ID that we can leave at the counter for the property policies. So we gave them our driving license). Only after the security call the staff, ask for our ID, thennn only they give us the access card. They said, they tried to give us but no one opens the door. Of course, because we go out everyday. They have my contact number. But they didnt contact me to collect the card. I cannot accept their excuses. They only contact me on the last day for check out. The staffs really not professional and looks like they are playing doin their work. There were few times when I called, I tell them I dont understand Tagalog, they laugh and keep on talking in Tagalog language. The towels, they should have changed it. It’s microfibre towel but it really old & idk. U better bring ur own towel if u wanna stay here. Simcard that we used is Smart. No connection at this property. Very poor. Their wifi also sometimes doesnt work. Btw, this unit is not suitable for family cause it is quite small for a family. It just a studio home with 2 queen beds. Very limited to move around.

Waiting 30 minute to check in because there was another service woman, not reception. No toilet paper, no shower towels only short ones, problem with electricity,, leaking toilet and restroom floor was wet, i complained but they ignore it, cold water in the swimming pool, service guy cursed and was rude. Breakfast was so poor, only one slice of bread and small sausage, no tea or coffe. They expected 200 peso extra for check out at 1 pm and the same price for keeping our lagguge in the storage room

I have discovered roaches in condo 2034 and 2032. This poses a health hazard. This is not only unsanitary, but it is also unpleasant to live with. Please fine attached file for your reference ( everywhere Roaches, Kitchen, bed and CR.) Renting condo like this is not acceptable and not appropriate for operations.
