Chalet côtier situé à 1 pâté de sable blanc de la plage de fabuleux holmes. Rester dans le confort dans notre spacieuse de 3 chambres 2 salles de bain maison de plage avec piscine chauffée. Trouver à l'intérieur de tous les conforts de la maison, y compris TV à écran plat dans toutes les chambres. Totalement rénové et l'unité mise à jour avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable dans une cuisine bien équipée. Tous les nouveaux lits et la literie. Détendez-vous par votre propre piscine privée et de prendre dans les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle ou prenez une chaise de plage et un petit pâté de maison que vous pouvez voir à partir de votre cour avant est les eaux bleues scintillantes du golfe du Mexique. Very nice property located within a five minute walk to the Gulf. House was very clean and the pool area was great. My only recommendation would be to have enough towels and wash cloths to accomodate 6 people.

The property is lovely, even prettier than in the pictures. Everything inside and outside was very neat and well maintained. Our family loved the pool! There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, floats and toys provided. I had imagined it being a bit closer to the beach but it really wasn’t a big issue.

The home was clean and just as described! We were close to the beach and great places to eat. The house was spacious and well stocked for cooking. So relaxing at the pool and in a quiet neighborhood. Will be back for sure!

This was our second year staying at the Coastal Cottage. The location is perfect, just a block and a half from the beach. It is located right in the middle of the seven mile island, so getting anywhere is super easy. Very walkable to Ugly Grouper, Freckled Fin, shopping and more.
The house is equipped with an inground pool, pool toys, beach supplies and everything else you need for your stay.
We have already booked our stay for next year.
Managers are very attentive. We had a minor issue with our pool, and it was fixed immediately. Highly recommend!

Very nice property in a nice quiet neighbod urhood, only a block and a half to the beach. A nice family visit and access to all the AMI has to offer, (with the added touch of an Orioles pre-season game). Will Stay again.

I'd definitely recommend this house. I think it's even better than the online pictures. Very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, great updated bathrooms. It's not big but layout makes comfortable for a 3-bedroom size family. It was also very quiet at night for sleeping which is important to me. And close to the beach! Nice selection of beach chairs as well. My only suggestions would be for owners to keep outdoor shower area clean, I cleaned out some natural debris when we arrived and used everyday. Also, the dryer took several cycles to dry a normal load, I'm sure this could be corrected with some maintenance. Owners were very quick to respond to my questions and all went smoothly.

A beautiful three bedroom beachy decorated bungalow on Anna Maria Island. Close walk to the beach access. This property is private and spacious with a heated pool. It has all necessary amenities. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

We loved the Coastal Cottage!
We loved our week at the Coastal Cottage! We spent hours in the heated pool. It was amazing and we loved the outdoor patio. It is a duplex so there is a pool on the other side of the fence and the other guests did play music, it didn’t disturb us at all, just a heads up in case it would bother someone else. Super quick walk to the beautiful Holmes beach. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and we loved the large slider going out to the pool. We had a slight mishap with getting the code for check in but it was resolved in time for us when we got to the front door, everything worked out fine. We love our trips to AMI and we loved the Coastal Cottage!

Cute house with great location
The house was the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen and master bedrooms were especially large for a house of this size. The pool area was well appointed and private. The gorgeous beach just a short walk and several restaurants and shops were walkable - approx 1/2 mile through the neighborhood which has sidewalks.
Plenty of beach chairs and towels provided.

This house had all we needed for a week on Anna Maria. The pool area was perfect for the 5 of us. There was a good amount of beach gear, towels and kitchen necessities. Check in and out was s breeze. The host responded to all questions immediately. The location is close to the beach and away from the busy streets.

Beautiful Home 2 blocks from the beach
We stayed two weeks in this beautiful home. The owners thought of everything and made our stay very comfortable. We loved lounging by the pool daily and were within walking distance to many fantastic restaurants. We will be staying again!

As other reviewers wrote, this is a great property in a perfect location on the island. Pricey but worth it. Two short blocks from the beach, short drive anywhere else. Quiet, great pool, good kitchen. Our family of four had a great time.

Super Vacation Spot
Beautiful property perfectly maintained and stocked. Couldn't have asked for better. Our misunderstanding was the proximity to the imaged Beach bar which was not down the block but some distance away. (Our error). In addition we did not realize it was a duplex property from the listing alone. Perhaps we missed that in the fine print. That aside the property is fully segregated and fenced from the other unit and we never saw or heard the neighbors at any point during our week-long stay.
The pool at the house is incredible as is all the amenities provided from the grill, patio set, fire pit, full beach cart chairs and umbrellas. There is nothing more you could ask for in a rental and the place was immaculate. We highly recommend the property and would love to stay there again in the future.

This was a great rental experience. House was very well decorated and clean. It was a two block easy walk to the beach. The owners provided beach chairs and an umbrella - that was very nice. Pool and grill was nice - we paid $150 extra for heat but it was worth it. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Beach Getaway
This property is a perfect place to get away. We were escaping the cold Wisconsin winter and felt right at home at this property. The beach furnishings on the inside gave us the feeling of being on vacation and the landscaping and pool outside was instantly relaxing. When sitting by the pool you can choose if you want to bask in the beautiful Florida sun or stay in the shade but still enjoy the tropical vibe. We chose to pay to have the pool heated, and we’re so happy that we did as we could spend the cooler evenings in the pool under the star filled sky. On the days that you take the short walk to the beach the property has everything that you need including chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, can koosies, coolers and sand toys. I can’t say enough good things. We will be back for sure.

Loved everything about this house and Anna Maria Island
We loved daily walks to the beach and around the island. The house was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a lot while in town (during COVID). We loved the backyard with the grill, eating area and pool. We will definately be back and cant wait to enjoy all the restaurants in the area!
