The location was nice, easy to get to the shops and beach. Really close to everything. The room was nice a spacious.

Would of like if one building was just for non smokers. Could smell smoke coming from the apartment underneath.

Arrival is a bit confusing trying to locate room especially for first time visitors

Secure gated apartments, very close to play park and beautiful lake and grass area. Decent balcony with seating. Immaculate accommodation, modern and ideal size. Pet friendly .

Only minor issue was traffic noise and birds.

Easy with the pin code access. Exceptional customer service and assistance. Everything I needed was there so I could cook when needed. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Location is great walking distance to shops or beach. Great park across the road for families. Liked the laundry out in balcony. It’s bright airy and very roomy. Good secure parking.

Dirtyness, disrepair, location, difficulty accessing property, lack of tv in bedrooms.

Beds were comfortable, general areas mostly clean. Full size fridge/freezer, cooking facilities and outdoor room with washer/dryer with washing powder provided was great. Dining table and chairs provided, full size wardrobes. Nice little private outdoor courtyard area, overlooking the park.

Room had an odd smell on arrival. Bin lid was covered in food residue, and spillage in the bottom of the bin - by the next day it smelt very bad and had to put outside. Messaged to let hosts know after we left, but no response. Carpets smelled musty in the bedroom without a window. Shower head was covered in black spots which we had to clean to use, was also mould around the bottom of the shower screens. Only 3 toilet rolls were provided for 4 people for 3 nights, although staff were prompt to provide more on request. Coffee & tea facilities were fine but not enough milk provided. Only a 2 seater couch to seat 4 guests. No dishwasher although the photos on the website show a dishwasher and room instructions mention one.

The location is really great. Washing machine and drier appreciated and help with TV and air conditioner prompt

Great room with everything you need. Washing machine and dryer. Kitchen for cooking. Lots of room to spread out and relax in the unit. Very close walking distance to the mall and cinema to catch a movie. The beach is just a short trip down the road. Very comfy beds. Personal parking space for the unit.

I couldn't find any issues with my stay.

Good location and everything needed for short stay was good.

The passage light did not turn on so was difficult to see and move bags about in the dark. It has a sensor but was delayed action. The map I received on my phone was all in code so needed my computer which worked well. Accessing staff after hours not available. I found my way in the end once I accessed my computer.

I didn’t like the fact that I only got notified with the “rules” after the payment was made. I had paid AUD150~ for “cleaning fee” but I had to clean the bring out the rubbish myself, removing the linens etc. that’s as good as me doing the cleaning services. if I knew about the rules, I won’t have booked at all. it’s not cheaper than hotel anyway.

The locate was great! The appartments was great for a family

The dishwasher was broken and the there was smelly water in the bottom. Also the washing machine was smelly.

Finding the block number and car park was a little challenging. Maybe a map of the facilities could help.
