The housekeeping supervisor and most of the staff and in room dining staff are very courteous. The food is awesome

Rooms, bathroom, family room were stinking dirty...the room had carpet flooring which was not cleaned and full of dust. The AC vents are full of dust and cobwebs. Website says they have separate smoking rooms but guests and staff were smoking irresponsibly in the lobby, near the lift everywhere and the smoke entering our room made it highly inconvenient. When reported reception said there are no non smoking rooms or floors There is No 24/7 dining... although that's what was mentioned in the description. Even breakfast is not served in the rooms, so although I had breakfast as part of my booking had to skip it for most days during my stay....not acceptable if the hotel claims a 4 star rating There was supposed to be internet facility as well but no one provided any details...there was no standard check in process rather the reception guy was more interested in taking the complete payment upfront during check in. Finally there are banquet halls in the same premises where the rooms are and late night and post midnight dj and party makes it impossible to sleep specially if you are traveling with senior citizens
