I really enjoyed my stay at the Itc Royal Bengal ,all the Staffs were very hospitable. Service was Top notchi will definately reccomend this Hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata

Loved the buffet breakfast food, cleanness, hospitality.

Wish you have buffet dinner too may be with some extra money if possible . I went Kolkata with a hope to have a authenticate Bengali dinner food.

Breakfast was great as a whole , decoration and setup was just perfect. actually i did every moment of my staying with ITC . All the staffs were very professional and felt they are giving their utmost .

Actually never had the feelings of dislike .

Location & Indian food

Breakfast were excellent. Chose the site because of its location near my old house,and the friendly young female manager was very helpful in securing the site of the bedroom facing the Dhapa area which was the highlight of my trip to India. I didn’t get her name.

The bed is rather too soft for my wife.

Breakfast buffet!

The day we arrived a whole lot of things were not working or not in good condition in the room: 1. Kettle lid was broken. Not expected in a 5 star property. 2. Bed side intercom was not working 3. Mini bar was locked and took 2 calls for them to come and open 4. Nothing was getting connected on the television because of poor internet. The IT guy took almost 20 mins to fix it and once he left, it again stopped working. It was almost mid night so I didn’t call anybody again and they fixed it the next day.

Brand new property, very clean and massive. I like the layout of it. Rooms felt luxurious

Check out process was not well managed, we had people cutting lines and going to the counter while staff did not say anything.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. Rooms are very modern and clean. The buffet at the grand market is really good with lots of options to pick from.

인도 호텔 같지 않게 규모도 엄청 크고 화려한 호텔이었음. 로비도 넓고, 호텔 내부에 식당도 많고, 직원들 서비스도 좋았음. 가격이 다른 곳보다 많이 비싸서 가성비가 좋다고 하기는 어려움.

조식은 가지수가 많았지만 인도인들 식성에 맞는 음식 위주였음. 다른 동양인이나 서양인들이 먹을만한 메뉴는 많지 않고, 인도 전국의 카레 가지수만 많았음. 쌀국수, 딤섬 너무 너무 맛없었음. 크로아상 빵도 맛 없었음. 동양인들과 서양인들 입맛에 맛는 조식 메뉴를 준비해주시기를 바람.

Well my kids mood will a bit off coz in my room 5109 we received gift hampers and my kids in another 2 rooms booked did not get and when they asked the operator by dialling 0 one of the operator sent oats biscuits

Big Spacious room, excellent food, great Infra!!

Nothing as such, however next day at morning there happened huge delay in arranging required essentials despite making 3 calls to the desk (items left as undelivered) which was unpleasant one that forced me for delayed check out almost missing my flight.

My family was alloted a room near to where work was going The racket was unbearable The room should not have been alloted in the first place Not expected from ITC

The room was big and excellent with all facilities and the hotel itself was truly Royal with amazing restaurants

The service in the room and especially in the steam jacuzzi and changing area is moderate at best and doesn’t do justice to the excellent infrastructure. Attendants are hardly there in the pool area and room service is a bit slow

I had to make multiple requests for airport drop-off. Each time, the reception staff did not record this, and had to re-book, and re-charge me. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
