In terms of value for money, I’ve stayed at alot better for a lot cheaper. We booked 3 nights here thinking we would not really leave and chill by the pool but Villa 1 gets little to no sunlight at all throughout the day. The pool wasn’t very warm because of this. It also wasn’t the cleanest. The outdoor shower head fell on my partners head when he turned it on. The bathroom toilet flush wasn’t working a lot of the time and we had to keep fixing it. The location is okay, a bit far from the beach and main area but only about 9 mins on a bike. We ended up spending each day at the beach because the Villa got no sunlight. There was construction happening across the road too which started at around 6:30am/7am each day. (See pic) staff were great but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The Breakfast. The breakfast given by the Hotel is limited quantity which is not sufficient for any grown up person. We had difficulty in convincing them to give more quantity in the breakfast. Also there is hardly any choice for vegan food.

Lovely big beds and beautiful attentive staff. Always staff present and we felt safe and secure.

The location was quite a bit out of the way. We needed to get cars most places. An easy enough walk to eat street for adults but a fair hike for little kids. The mosquitos were a major issue and despite spray and coils our kids were still eaten alive. We were unable to relax outside together at night. The pool was very cold as it was shaded from early afternoon. The tiles were extremely slippery when wet which wasn’t very practical when everyone got out of the pool. There was also a lot of broken edges in the pool. Breakfast was very average. For the price we paid we did expect a better experience.

We are a family of six and stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and our stay was excellent. The garden and pool are beautiful. The living room and kitchen are outside and it was very nice to sit there in the evening. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are too. Excellent showers. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. We were happy with the location, restaurants and grocery shops are close by. Area is calm and quiet but it only takes a few minutes in taxi to get to Seminyak main street and Petitenget beach. Recommend downloading either Grab or Gojek app to order taxis and home delivery of both food and groceries, it’s very cheap.

All of the staff at Sandi Agung villa were amazing from the moment we arrived. The villa itself was beautiful & cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. Location was perfect would highly recommend:)

there’s not much we didn’t like, but as you all know Bali is a tourist island I would suggest you take your towels with you.

The hospitality was lovely - you'll feel very pampered here. The villa is almost perfect - the layout practically ensures privacy and you can enjoy the outdoor pool/courtyard without disturbing the next villa. Love that they have a filtered drinking machine that dispenses hot and cold water 24/7; the kitchen is adequately equipped for me since I didn't plan to cook (holidays are for pampering). The living space has a comfy sofa set and bluetooth-enabled sound system; am amused with people complaining about bugs but it is outdoor in a tropical climate - they provide the smoking coil to deter mozzies so you can still enjoy the alfresco living next to the amazing pool. Now, that's a real pool (none of those tiny plunge pool rubbish) - big enough to swim 6 breaststrokes one length, and the water was clean, clear and deep at one end. Algae spots are the be expected around the pool but this is a well-maintained villa in structure, facilities and landscape. Had peaceful sleep in the poster bed...very comfy (firm lumbar-support type) with firm, quality pillows. To my surprise and delight, there are over 50 channels on the TV including russian, korean and japanese channels - you'll be spoiled for choice and challenged to decide between channel surfing or indulging in the pool! Location-wise: easy to call for AirAsia Ride to pick-up/drop off (it's cheaper than Grab) as the road is known to most drivers. You can also walk out to the Seminyak main shopping street - it's about 10mins walk, crossing the busy Sunset Road.

Almost perfect but for: * The bathroom It's open concept where sink, toilet, shower and bathtub are in one open space room with no screens/separators. The shower space looks so classy but is not practical at all; only rain shower and no hand-held option for more practical washing. The stones surrounding the shower covers up the drain but beneath the stones, it was rather icky - from the mold, hair clumps and dirt build-up, it's clear they have not cleaned that part in a long time. I only discovered this icky fact when I slipped on the stones saw the gross mess near the drain. Their drains (shower, bathtub, sink) also appear to be clogged as water recedes very slowly. Esp the bathtub! * Power points There are none beside the bed that can be used to charge devices; you'll need to shift the bedside cabinets away and unplug the lamps. * Ants Anything left in the open in the kitchen will be covered with ants in seconds; not something the villa can fix, but it does deter from using the kitchen much. * Repetitive breakfast The food prepared is tasty indeed and well presented (with decent options too); I'd avoid their pancake as it's not good. And eating the same fruits every day can get tiring. But perhaps the owner doesn't encourage long-term stays? haha.

Breakfast was incredible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. It was amazing!
