Haut dans le La Quinta Cove. Une communauté tranquille, résidentiel entouré par les montagnes de Santa Rosa composées de seconde ou à temps partiel maisons et les résidents à temps plein. Une très courte distance en voiture du village de La Quinta, La Quinta Resort, Olde Towne, les restaurants et le golf. Ou marcher le chemin de périmètre de la baie et de la randonnée dans les sentiers naturels au sommet de l'anse. Il offre un cadre de détente sur une rue calme avec des vues spectaculaires sur les montagnes. Cette maison est décorée dans un thème de détente confortable. Son salon avec cheminée donne sur la piscine et le patio. La cour / terrasse est entourée par un mur de la vie privée de périmètre, suffisamment élevée pour permettre un cadre très privé mais toujours en tenant compte des vues sur la montagne pour être apprécié à l'intérieur et dehors. Blocs et demi de parc sauvage. HBO films à la demande, son surround. 19 miles de Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, à 9 miles de Living Desert Zoo. 6 miles à Pacific Life Tennis Center. 3 Miles à Silver Rock Golf Course

Had. Wonderful stay here . Close to cove trails. Walked everyday . Nice neighborhood . Enjoyed looking at homes during walk. Close to many things I like. I love the desert and felt immediately at home . Thanks

Weather was amazing had a great time in La Quinta

The photos describing the property were obviously taken sometime ago sometime ago because the picture window to the pool for example, was open in the photos and yet the plants are now 8 feet tall covering everything. But more importantly, the property is not properly maintained. For example, the cabinet doors were hanging busted in the kitchen, door latches were secured by duck tape, the pool furniture is old and some are torn and busted. Pool is clean however, not heated, so isn’t functionable. Discarded old busted furniture laid out in the back patio! Paint peeling on some walls. The owner is a nice guy. However, he needs to spend a little money to clean up the overgrown plants, acquire some new pool furniture, batteries for the renmotes. Etc. Nothing major, but just a lot of little fixable items that would make the property much more pleasing. I was actually embarrassed to bring my wife there. Actually, I was going to call John and ask him if I could repair a few of the minor items myself. But, fortunately that didn’t happen, and we actually left a day early.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A great location, very quiet, and very comfortable.

The home was 10 minutes away from Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the Margaritaville Pickleball National Championship for this particular week. Super convenient for coming and going to the venue for participants and spectators. Many grocery outlets and restaurants close by.
The pool is not useable, so don't count on swimming, but everything else was great. Property owner was easy to communicate with. Good value for price.

We have been staying here for the last three years for my Husbands birthday and enjoy with our daughter and grand kids to stay with us for part of the stay. The home is clean, and the Property is kepted up with the Trees around the pool Trimmed. Owners are easy to get a hold of if you need them. Our Family loves coming to this Property. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

We were so impressed with our accomodations and location. This house can easily accomodate a family or group of friends. The open living area was spacious and the couch was soooo comfy. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, watching the flamingo float around. Even with Covid we found lots to do in the area. Hiking, desert rides, canyons, downtown and outdoor dining were our favs.
The neighborhhod is very quiet and gorgeous!
Unfortunately, the previous tenant left some hidden messes. These were rectified immediately.

The yard is a bit overgrown and the winds brought a lot of the leaves into the pool needing us to keep cleaning it. The kids loved the home and we enjoyed some real summer quality time.

BIRTHDAY WEEK GETAWAY
The property was exactly as in the pictures. It was clean, BUT I am the kind of person that always cleans again especially now. The only thing we would Recommend is that the plants/ trees around the pool get cut. A lot of stuff from these plants goes into pool, due to winds. Other than this our Family can't wait to use this Property again and loved ita tranquil area. We had a wonderful time of being with husband, kids and grandchildren.

Winter 2020
This location is very quiet and relaxing. It's a great place to just rest and relax, the street has very few vehicles on it so sitting outside by the pool and reading a book was uninterrupted and watching the hummingbirds was a plus.
The house is also 1.5 blocks from the desert and there are maintained trails so that is a huge plus for those of us that like to walk for exercise. It was an excellent stay.

Desert Lay-over
We stayed here while we were showing at the Desert International Horse Park for two weeks. The property was clean, quiet, and the perfect place to come home to after showing for 10-12 hours. Just as described I’m the pictures. We loved it!

DESERT BEAUTY
I loved staying at your place while I attended a conference in Rancho Mirage. The house is comfoortable and has all the amenities of home. My commute to the confrence was nice. I enjoy seeing all the sights along the way and stopped at several stores. I especially enjoyed the walk up Avenida Obregon to the Santa Rosa Wilderness park where I could run on the pathway or hike in the desert. The night skies were astounding in their astronomical wonders. I'll see you next year!
