Bienvenue à San Remo sur le Golfe. Nous sommes si fiers d'offrir ce magnifique condo de plage au marché de location de vacances!
Ce condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain complètement mis à jour est situé dans la paisible ville balnéaire de Redington Shores en Floride. Juste au sud de Clearwater Beach et juste au nord de St. Pete Beach. San Remo est un bâtiment de front condo Golfe de seulement 39 unités. Certains des équipements du bâtiment comprennent; piscine chauffée et spa, grande cabane avec des tables de patio, beaucoup de chaises longues, 2 grands barbecues, à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc du Golfe, des ascenseurs et un grand parking.
Cette unité nouvellement mis à jour a tous les planchers de tuiles, de nouveaux meubles, une cuisine entièrement équipée et une buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse empilable. Le grand balcon offre une vue partielle sur le golfe et les couchers de soleil fabuleux. L'ensemble du condo a une sensation de plage relaxante confortable, couleurs de peinture apaisantes et le décor dit tout à fait: Je suis à la plage! La chambre principale a un lit king size avec de beaux meubles côtiers et un espace de travail pour votre ordinateur. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits jumeaux et le salon dispose d'un lit queen-size. Le salon et les chambres ont tous une porte coulissante en verre qui s'ouvre sur le balcon. Super endroit pour le café du matin ou un cocktail tout en regardant le coucher du soleil.
Ne vous inquiétez pas traîner trop de choses. Nous fournissons les éléments suivants pour votre commodité; serviettes de plage, chaises, parasol, glacière et les enfants des jouets de plage. Sur demande, nous pouvons fournir des articles pour bébés pour une somme modique, i. e. chaise haute, pack-n-play, etc. Les animaux sont admis sur la base de l'approbation du propriétaire. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur.

This is the 2nd year we stayed here. Very clean and stocked with beach chairs, towels, and toys, and other necessities. Owner is a pleasure to work with.

We recently stayed at Galina’s property and have nothing but great things to say! Everything from the check-in process to the check-out process was great! The condo was very clean, organized, and had all we needed for our stay! Bonus for us, with having two young children, was the baby items offered for a small fee. We were able to have a high chair and pack and play ready for us when we arrived! The beach items (toys, umbrella, chairs, cooler) were also a wonderful bonus! We have already decided we want to return and hope this condo will be available! As a family with young children, the security measures gave us a piece of mind! Key fob for entry to the pool, a code to use the restrooms at the pool, a code to use the stairs to get to our condo, and lots of security cameras throughout the property! We hope to visit again next Summer!

After reading the reviews, I was confident in booking this rental and it was perfect. Communication was great from the start and we really appreciated a late checkout since our flight was late in the day. We have two teenage daughters who each had their own beds and bathroom to share, leaving a lovely master suite and bath for us. The kitchen was well equipped with a great blender and coffee pot that are a must for us. We used the stove, oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher daily. After a fishing charter, we had one of our best dinners cooking together and gathered at the table. We loved morning walks followed by cooking breakfast. We enjoyed the space, the view and the location! Many days we ventured out to other areas and beaches and always ended up coming back to the condo and this piece of heaven. The beach and pool are very safe and clean and no big cabanas blocking your view. The neighbors and other guests were very friendly and fun to meet. We are so grateful we got this opportunity and hope we can come back again soon!

I can’t brag enough about this condo! It was very clean. Well stocked, lots of sand toys, chairs, beach towels, etc. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach, not crowded, very quiet area. We look forward to visiting again.

We had an amazing time at this place! Location is perfect. The owner was super helpful and available at all times. They made accommodations for us to check in early which was an added bonus. The views from our condo were spectacular! We also enjoyed how updated everything was in our condo and the overall facility as well. We will definitely be returning!

From the beginning to the end- working with this host was a breeze and a pleasure. We are a family of 4 and stayed here in April. The condo is in a wonderful quiet area on the beach and has heightened security features like door codes everywhere- which we love. It was extremely well cared for and fully stocked in the kitchen and with beach toys/ chairs…We loved the pool right on the beach as well as all the places to enjoy a shady lunch outside. We plan to stay here again!

My family and I rented multiple units throughout San Remo Condo and i would have to say this unit was one of the nicest and newly renovated units. The property manage was quick to answer any questions. The unit was also stocked with everything one would need for a weeks vacation which made the experience more enjoyable as we felt that we were at home. Thanks kindly.

What a great condo. Location is perfect with a heated pool and hot tub steps away as well as a beautiful beach. I met very friendly and kind people. Second year staying in this condo and it is perfect, clean, and very well equipped. I stayed a month and had friends and family in and out throughout the month. My 9 year old grandson loved the pool and the condo has lots of pool toys to use.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was clean and as expected. The only thing that could have been better was all the noise from the construction. We knew it was happening well before we came and were out enjoying the sunshine a lot of the time. We hope to come back again.

This was one of the best places we ever stayed. The location was perfect, the condo was far above any of the other ones we have stayed in . As stated she had everything we needed. What was a plus was the carts to bring our groceries up to the first floor. Words cant describe the wonderful time we had THANK YOU

The accommodation was so spacious, it was spotlessly clean and the check in process was so smooth.
Everything was catered for in the apartment such as towels, beach toys, even laundry detergent.

Beautiful stay on the beach. Every amenities that you could want was available. Very clean and cozy. We were there for a week for a family reunion and it couldn’t have been better thanks to seeing family and the accommodations that this condo provided for us!

From the reservation process to check out, i could not have asked for a better experience. Renovations were taking place during our stay and owner was very informative about the work and helped us make the decision to go ahead and book.
The day we arrived, owner messaged giving us permission to check in early.
Upon arrival the condo was clean and orderly and well equipped with all the beach necessities; chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, toys, etc. This was such a plus as we flew in and didnt have to worry about packing extra or purchasing anything.
Plenty of linens were provided for our stay as well as kitchen fully stocked.
We enjoyed the short steps to the beach and renovated pool area. Traveling with 2 young teens we were able to allow them to go between beach and pool during the day safely without worry.
Overall, have nothing negative to say about this unit or owner. Was a pleasure to work with and would stay in this unit again.

This property is beautifully decorated and comfortable and in a great location. The pool and beach are just steps from the condo. We had a wonderful time and our host was readily available if we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here, we loved it!!

The proximity to the beach was perfect for the family. The pool provided an alternative swimming option when needed. The condo was clean and as advertised. The only drawback was the bird sanctuary next to the building. The birds are quite noisy at times and the doors on the unit do not block out much sound. Renovations on the building are in progress, so perhaps more soundproof doors will be installed.

Our week stay at the condo was great. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Check in was easy. i needed to contact owner over a minor issue and she responded immediately and resolved the issue - partly an oversight on my part.

Loved the location. Steps to the beach and pool. Condo had everything one could ever need and was very clean. The interior is a little dark, . But the balcony does have a small view to the ocean. Would absolutely book again, and have already for next year.

We love staying at Galina’s place! This was our second stay here and my family was so happy to be back. The place is perfect for a family, and met all of our needs. My kids love coming here and are very comfortable. It’s like home- but the king better is much better than home :).

My husband & I stayed here in September of 2022. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed. The location was perfect. The pool and beach were only steps away. We were booked for a week, but unfortunately for us, Hurricane Ian had other plans. We spent 2 1/2 days and then had to evacuate, so we ended up driving home to the Philadelphia area. The time we had was great and would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay. Beach is not a busy section. Condo pool was clean and located beach front. Directly beside seabird sanctuary which gave the kids something to see for free but was also a little noisy if on a balcony some times of the day. Can't hear the birds from inside. This unit was well equipped and the owner responded quickly to questions. Would definitely go back.
