Our family had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is about 5 min from town and about 25min into the heart of KC. The owner was exceptionally nice and patient. My spam filter had placed the email from the third party that helps you get inside (so check for that), and he helped us. The house offered great space for all of us. Would/Will likely stay there again in the future. Thank you so much (also 3 deer came up to the back door and it was fun to see them).

We were in town for a sports tournament with 4 adults and 6 teenage boys. Perfect set up for our group. Place was a bit worn down and not in excellent condition when we arrived but overall was worth the booking. The host was very helpful and our checkin/stay/checkout process was seamless. I would stay there again.

Abundant room for our family of 11 on a beautiful wooded property. We enjoyed the dusk visits by deer and raccoon and making s’mores over the fire pit.

This property is even better than the pictures. It’s so spacious and has everything. Plenty of blankets, kitchen supplies, towels, paper products, just everything. There are extra places to sleep that aren’t pictured and every bed is so comfortable. I wish this place was closer and we could visit again. The host was great at communication and great. Highly recommend this property!

Very nice property for our extended family stay-cation. Very well equipped with everything you could need from toiletries to firewood to kitchenware, even spices! Only issue was with WiFi when we first arrived, but was corrected promptly. Thank you!

The home was clean and to our surprise had everything we needed to prepare meals, including storage bags and paper products. We all mentioned serval times that this was a stress free property. The location was great - feels like we are out of town but with just in a few miles, we were able to pick up groceries from a fantastic store. We enjoyed the space, the outdoor space, and the game table. The communications with the manager were awesome. We all would highly recommend staying here.

Great location outside Kansas City
This house was everything and more than we expected. Plenty of beds/bathrooms. Great outdoor space for sitting/playing. Ten minutes to Overland Park shopping and restaurants and same to Belton MO (Aaron's Bowling and mini golf was great). Owner was not stingy with supplies (coffee,TP, paper towels, spices, cooking supplies etc).

The home was clean and perfect for a large number of family and friends. Listing was very accurate and the large family room areas were great for a big group. The home is about 10-15 minutes away from any retail, restaurants, shopping and is quiet. There seemed to be a lot of train traffic not too far away and we could hear it numerous times, but it didn't keep us from being able to sleep. The only issue we had was that we arrived late on a snowy evening and the driveway is quite steep off a 2 lane road with large ditch/dropoffs and we had trouble getting into the driveway and up the large steep hill due to the snow and ice. Thankfully we were able to get into the driveway just far enough to not stick out into the street, but it would have been nice to have a cleared driveway or at a minimum salt and/or a shovel or two in the garage so we could get up the driveway and not have to carry all our belongings through the snow when we arrived. It was appreciated that we had access to park in the garage since it was quite chilly during our stay.

The trip would have been bettter if we had a Steelers win.

This is a beautiful home. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Our 2 daughters and their families joined us and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Movie room downstairs worked great for grandkids to play and watch movies. Owner was always available by phone if we had a question or concern.

The rental company is awesome! They have thought of everything. We were surprised over and over about how well stocked this house is. Our family rents houses all the time and can't recall a better house with a better rental experience. Thank you for making our Xmas truly great!

Our Girls' Weekend!!
This is an amazing property for a rental! We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be very comfortable. There was plenty of room for us and the beds were very nice with memory foam mattresses. The home was very clean and well stocked with supplies, such as hand and bath soaps, shampoo, detergents, and paper supplies. They also had quite a few Kpods for the Keurig coffee maker! It was located in a nice area and made it easy to travel to the places we visited. All though I did not speak to the property manager, he contacted me by text message and welcomed and texted again during our stay. I'm sure if we'd had a problem, it would have been taken care of. I highly recommend this rental property!

Comfort and luxury
We held our annual cousin's reunion in Kansas City this year and were fortunate to find this fabulous home in which to stay. Conveniently located in south Overland Park, this house is beautifully furnished, from the kitchen supplies to the comfortable furniture and luxurious bedding. There is lots of room to spread out and watch TV , read or have a private conversation. Top of the line appliances and beautifully decorated, it offers everything one needs in a safe and elegant setting.

Beautiful home and Great Host
This gorgeous home was perfect for our group. We were a party of 8 adults and it was roomy, clean, and well stocked for our needs. The bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfy and enough room for everyone in the home. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors were very friendly. Location is good. We enjoyed going into the city and staying around town. The hosts communication is awesome. I was able to text, call or email with them and they responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this home. A easy 5 star!!! Thank you again for making our week awesome!!

Beautiful Executive Style Home
This place was absolutely amazing. One of the best if not the best place I've stayed from any site. Owner was quick to respond to our last minute booking as we were in a pinch. The house has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Fast Wifi, TV's in every room. Even iPhone chargers in every room. Even has bluetooth speakers in the master bedroom to listen to music while relaxing in the Jacuzzi tub.
I can go on and on about the house. Simpler to just say it was perfect!
