The time at Pinky’s place was amazing! Pinky and her family are very kind and very helpful in all situations. The location is in the heart of Varanasi’s Ghats. You should definitely try her Chai Tea 😍
You should be aware that’s noisy from 6 to 9 am. (;

The hosts at this property are so lovely, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were really comfy and clean, the shower had hot water and there was an amazing balcony. Location was perfect.

The property is located a 2 min walk from the Ganges and very close to restaurants and cafes. The hosts are beautiful and assist with local advice and booking experiences. There is a roof top but can get super hot.
The beds are very hard foam. There is no air con only fan, it was very hot. The bathroom is older, upstairs bathroom has better water pressure. Be aware that religious ceremonies begin very early morning and the temple is next door to the property. Mosquitos in the room as no fly net. Probably wouldn’t stay again at this time of year (august).

The guests should bring earplugs as next to extremely loud temple. It was not a problem for me as I had earplugs and the host makes aware beforehand.

Location, it’s door to door with famous amongst locals tample, so you literally feel in the middle of Indian spiritual life, ghats are all around, very friendly family 💛

The hospitality by the family was great. This lodge is very close by to dusashwamedh ghat. It was a cute balcony and it is right next to the famous and powerful Shri Varahi Devi temple. Loved the family members each one of them. They were very helpful. Thank you!!!

I couldn't have selected a better place to stay in Varanasi than this one. The lodge is situated in an old Varanasi house in one of the backstreets just by the ghats. This means, you get a very authentic feel for the life and the vibes in this ancient city. It's a perfect place to just pop out for a walk along the shores of the river Ganges or to stroll through the narrow little streets of Old Varanasi, then come back and relax on the roof terrace with its magnificent views of both the river and the city.

Very good service, very good and kind hosts
Couldn't sleep all night because of mosquitoes. Repellent didn't help. Both 2 nights couldn't sleep. Only in the morning, when mosquitoes leave, you can sleep, but there is a temple outside and very much people come there and make awful noises form early morning.
