Clean and comfortable near to amenities and close to historic centre. Period building with very high ceilings. Friendly hosts and staff who were very helpful.

Construction of very small bedroom takes away a lot of natural light and feels a bit claustrophobic. Saw other rooms from same hosts that were beautiful with brick walls etc (will try next time to get one of these).

the apartment was lovely with extra towels, toilet rolls, shower gels etc, the cleaner was very friendly and the owners couldn’t be more helpful, it was perfect and in a great location, just 5 min walk from main square, I would highly recommend this apartment, thank you for making us feel so welcome

only a small niggle there was no banister in the hall downstairs and we didn’t have a washing machine in apartment, but maybe there was access to one

It was a lovely stay in the heart of the city — a great apartment with spirit and modern facilities. Communication with the owner was easy and satisfying. We definitely recommend that place.

Good location! Close to the Old Town. Great breakfast at nearby café. Coffee machine in the room.

We got a parking ticket in front of the property after 5 minutes parking to unload our luggage and take it upstairs.

- Very nice apartment in a great location, basicaly in the center and close to everything needed. We were in Apt35, spacious, quiet, and clean. With everything needed provided. Super comfortable bed (Queen size, so a couple who are a bit oversize might find it a bit tight). - Breakfast was really nice, you walk a few minutes to reach the café, and it's quite cozy and good food. - Nice helpful hosts and café workers

Everything was far beyond expectations, cleanliness, quiet, absolutely gorgeous, this place remains my favorite in this city.

It´s a pity there is no washing machine and dryer there, but still there are some paid laundromats close by.

Very nice and spacious apartment, comfortable bed, great locatiom a few steps away from the old market. Very good communication with a super nice host!

The apartment is located on a ground floor (slightly higher, but still) so keeping the windows open was problematic in terms of privacy and noise of the tramway, but that’s just a minor downside.

Flat was so clean and cozy. We really enjoyed staying over there.

-breakfast is 300 metres outside in small coffe place where is only 5 tables inside, today it wasn’t enough space so I gave up ( also is a very small buffet though coffee was very nice) - apartment number 2 is located on the ground floor with only curtains so everybody can see what u doing -apartment is located literately 2 metres from tram line so is super loud( take earplugs) u can see on the pic- windows next to white car - staff was very rude - I lost access to my booking details( no internet) and staff instead off just send me door passcode to my phone number, start discussing that he already did it to my email and seems to not understand that I can’t check it without internet. at the moment ( 20/09) city Poznan doing massive renovations, market is not accessible(!) DO NOT GO THERE and check pictures, do your own research.
