Easy access to train station & town centre, allocated parking, back garden, clean accommodation. Above all, a quick reply from the host- Michelle for any queries.

My wife and me were charmed by the Comfort and Hospitality of Michelle. She greeted and welcomed us warmly. She had provided a detailed variety of Amenities and Facilities that made our stay really comfortable. The Décor was pleasant, warm, comfortable including the Heating of the premises.
I was really fascinated by the intricate detailing of Toiletries, Bed-Making and the cleanliness that matches as a model to A Five Star Rating*****. I am a Hotelier who has worked in 5-Star Hotels for more than 2 Decades at The Core Level, I understand the HMO compliances.

I think she also tried to provide a variety of children's facilities outdoors. Just an Outside Canopied Area and with the rest, form a Play area or Tiled Floor would be a better option to maintain it throughout the Year.

Location excellent for what we needed and particularly great for dog with a fabulous large park right on the doorstep. The garden well fenced so dog could go out without any concerns..
Michelle was very welcoming and went through the main points with us. Bed was extremely comfortable and loved having the blackout blinds.
It was extremely quiet in spite of having many houses around it.

Spacious and well furnished with a good sized garden for the dogs. Convenient for shops and a pub which served food. Easy parking at the property.
Small, 2 ring cooker/hob was a bit tired and positioned quite high up, Front door lock felt as if it might jam or break.

The owners were very approachable, friendly and helpful. Nice to have a few basics such as milk and water in the fridge. Attic room was surprisingly cool with a fan and 2 windows.

My friends & I were blown away by the style, warmth, cleanliness & comfort. The host was lovely & welcoming but not intrusive either. 5 star rating & couldn't find a better place for such value. In fact we all felt it was a touch of luxury & the quiet surroundings were a definite bonus. The beautiful garden made it extra special.

Friendly host. Comfortable bed, and adequate shower for our one night stay. Self contained, clean, quaint facility, in pleasant, quiet location.
Some welcome extras were available such as
milk on arrival, shower gel, and other toiletries.
The front door was quite hard to shut and lock, and we had to squeeze past an old trampoline to access the path to the Annexe.
Floor under front door mat is uneven due to damage.
Sofa bed is ok for small children but not very comfortable for an adult.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Easy parking at then accommodation, lovely and quiet. Little extras were lovely, milk & water in the fridge, chocolate in the bedroom!
