Beautiful Historic property. Located just a walking distance from downtown Paris. Backs onto the grand river.
There was nothing we didn’t like. Breakfast was awesome, the beds very comfortable. Very cozy room with wing chairs, fireplace and a good size tv. Also a full size refrigerator

Breakfast was amazing. Was always something new everyday. My room faced the trees with the river peeking through the trees. Kinda felt like a tree house for all u saw was the trees

The apartment unit was beautiful with all amenities and kept in the period of the heritage home. Lots of space and very private. Judy was a perfect host/conversationalist. We had a full breakfast in the sunroom of French toast, sausage, 3 fruits, Paris tea, coffee and juice. Would love to return for Tea on the Grand. (High tea). Judy makes delicious smelling scones. Next time. We highly recommend this B&B.

I cannot say enough about the cozy, comfortable accommodations at The Carriage House. The daily breakfast delivered to my door was such a treat- Judy baked me a delicious Apple strudel one morning, and even packed me a to go box for me to munch on at the airport the day I flew out! I found the location to be just perfect- one side overlooks the river, and it’s an easy walk to downtown. I throughly enjoyed sipping tea and watching some Netflix in front of the fireplace- It was so cozy I didn’t want to leave. What a gem of a place, I hope to come back some day. Thank you, Judy❤️

The breakfast was great and Judy was very informative. She cares about preserving history and fighting for justice. There aren't too many left like her who put their time and emerging into preserving a memory of the past instead of just destroying and building modern condos to make money.
I couldn't get the Keurig coffee maker to work. I could have asked but we were leaving soon and Judy had already made us coffee for breakfast so it wasn't a big deal.

The breakfast was delicious and filling. The location was convenient and close to downtown Paris.

I had thought there would be a stove or electric ring, not just a microwave and toaster oven. My fault --- I hadn't looked at the details in the description. The flat was beautiful though!

What a wonderful place to stay. The host is absolutely lovely, so welcoming. The room is amazing and excellent value for money. Very comfortable and spacious. The location is brilliant, a very quick walk to the town.

The place was very comfortable and clean. Almost a cottage like feel to it. The bed was comfortable, no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was amazing and our host was great. So friendly and she made sure we had everything we needed. We were within walking distance of downtown Paris which was great because we didn't need to find parking. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the experience of staying in a Historical Building from 1851, that was restored and furnished with the time periods furnishings. It's location to downtown was with in walking distance and it was a scenic walk as well. Downtown Parking has it's challenges. The breakfast was fresh and healthy, served on vintage dishware. The host was lovely and knowledgeable about the area . I would recommend this to family and friends.

We loved the coziness of the room. It is attached to the main manor but yet, private enough. The living size is ample and faces a ravine and the river. The breakfast was awesome!

We didn't actually get breakfast. I don't know if there was a miss communication about that or if we where to bring out own food and make it in our kitchen.

We loved this place. A cozy apartment inside a 200 year old home, overlooking the river; quaint, clean and very comfortable - the most comfy bed and pillows!
Everything is provided, from laundry facilities to coffee makers (Keurig and french press). There were books, games and a fully equipped TV menu.
Judy was helpful and very hospitable. The breakfasts were delicious and brought to your door. So was a snow brush for our car after an unexpected snowfall.
We'll be back in the summer!

Sweet accommodations, completely outfitted for our comfort, stunning view into the trees over the Grand River. Short walking distance to many great restaurants. Excellent gravel biking nearby. Fantastic host Judy. Delicious breakfasts. Cozy bed. Just a perfect spot!.
