The room had a great kitchenette- full fridge, with freezer, toaster, microwave , dishes! Also hotel has communal patio with bbq!

Location was great and the Room was beautiful
Family was in Brantford for a family wedding. We requested an earlier check-in for the family (2 adults and 4 small children) so that we could relax a bit and then change & get everyone ready for the wedding. Was informed that they would make a note of our request. We were quite willing to pay extra for an earlier check-in. But on arrival, was informed that early check-in was not possible. That was very disappointing and staff did not seem to be very helpful.

Outdoor patio was nice
The price isn’t worth it. Breakfast was not top notch either. You gouge ppl and cost so much if a person is in desperate need for something they forgot at home like tooth paste and tooth brush! Used to be free!! No daily room checks and still raise the price. It’s ridiculous!! Great check in service isn’t worth 300$+ just to spend a night too. I will never spend that much on one of your rooms again. It was a room like a lot of others but they offer same services that I need for the third of the price. And will not recommend to anyone either. Not even a restaurant/lounge. And would be nice for smokers to have a nice patio to sit like non smokers do. Very rude to your smoking clients. The bed was very comfy however:) I enjoyed the wifi and the hairdryer. Television was not up to par either. I should be able to have my choice of movies and stations for that price!! Charge by the things ppl use not cuz things r available to use. We also were grateful for the guest laundry room that we have to pay extra for again. Just not worth it unless a person is rich I guess.

Best things - all day coffee, we loved hot chocolate being available, make-your-own waffles were a favourite and I particularly liked the spinach quiche with English muffins. Great selection!!
Air conditioner a bit loud and was intermittent so woke us up, Sofabed was too soft

Location was easily accessible. Suite was quite roomy and very clean. Appreciate the walk-in shower rather than a tub. And staff extremely friendly.

Pillows need replacing. Couldn’t get comfortable due to pillows. Bed and bedding great, just get some new pillows and it’s a ten rating.
