I like everything, specially our room so homey doesn't look like hotel ,big room from the closet to the washroom, very clean and smells nice.

Nothing, I went to many hotels around Ontario . And this is the best.

Parking- too tight and not enough

I like the location right downtown. Also I like the fact I could park behind the hotel. I was worried about that. Rooms with themes was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast didn't offer much. Would have been nice to have Gluten Free cereal and/or muffins.

Restaurant was open only from Thursday to Sunday. But no biggy because there are restaurants really close by. Breakfast was a challenge.

tv and dvd didn't work at all ,very disappointed ,should have the night guy do some training on hoe to operate the TV's and dvd's ,was compensated for the inconvenience

We didn’t have much time for breakfast but grabbed some fruit and granola bar to go! The staff were amazing and even filled my water bottle with ice and water to go! The theme room was fun and the room was unique for such a great price it felt like a little adventure.

The standard room bed was hard and linens rough. However the price was right as we were unexpectedly in town to visit my Uncle who was passing.

Great spacious room and very clean staff was great

We stayed in the Leonard Cohen room. Loved the vibe, especially the turntable and available records. The deep tub meant fabulous bubble baths! Breakfast was more than we expected for Continental. All staff were friendly and helpful. Loved Trivia night. We missed having dinner at the hotel and look forward to a future stay with intention to dine there.

We may have preferred breakfast to be offered for a longer time based on our plans anyway.
