Great view from the condo and the condo itself had everything we needed. The one drawback was that one of the bedspreads was dirty (food or something stuck to it) so we had to wash it which was no big deal. Unit comes with two beach chairs which is a hassle when you have 4 people.

Wonderful rental right on the beach . The rental was nicely furnished and kitchen well equipped. Important to remember that this is a VRBO so it has limited or no items such as bar soap, toilet paper, dishwasher pods. A grocery store is just down the street .

The condo includes two chairs and umbrella with the rental. Perfect location directly on the beach. The location is for the more mature crowd. The corner location allowed a larger balcony with excellent views of the beach. The rental management is on the property and a text message from any needs. I will rent this same unit again next year.

Great view of the beach and surroundings, close to many great restaurants (Salty Sues, Mikes oyster bar, Coconuts is a short walk )
Dont forget Pier Park (The Back Porch, Pompano Joes) All great places to eat. Pineapple Willy's is a must get their around or 4 or 4:30 or its a wait same for Sharkys 😁
We had a great time soaking up the sun on yhe beach , playing golf with our daughter (Coconut Creek Golf) best in town

Wonderful relaxing stay, out of the rush of Christmas.Condo was really nice. Only of few things wrong with the unit. A drawer in the dresser in the front bedroom was broken and the drain in the kitchen needed some kind of deodorant because the smell was pretty bad.

This is a great time of year to visit PCB. The weather was great all week with lows in the high 50's to low 60"s and highs in the upper 70's. Tropic Winds was not crowded so no waiting for carts, elevators etc. The room was clean and well furnished. We had a great experience and a great time.

Mikes oysters was awesome. 2 mile walk to pier for lunch on the beach. Pool was shaded in late afternoon. Hot tub always available. 4 door F150 tight to park but fit. Fast elevators. Everything was just perfect.

We loved our stay! Condo is well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. The balcony cannot be beat. It was well furnished with comfortable furniture and the views are spectacular! Loved seeing a few sea turtles and many dolphins from the balcony. Parking near 1st floor elevator was very convenient. we will definitely be back for another stay!

Check in was easy. Parking is covered and we had no problem getting into the assigned spot. It is very breezy in the garage so watch when you open your car doors. There are several luggage carts in the elevator lobby- make sure you grab one because the unit is on the 19th floor. Two of the three elevators were operational and we never had to wait too long for a ride. Others complained so it may be a recurring issue.
The unit was very clean. Plenty of linens including some throws. Beds were comfortable, but the master bed sits up very high. Keep that in mind for elderly travelers. The couch and the rest of the seating was just okay. Not super comfortable, but not terrible either. The balcony is where it's at. Views are amazing. The unit is on the end so you get the benefit of seeing all the way up the coast. Balcony furniture was very comfortable and there's plenty of it. Cushions got wet in the rain, but dried pretty quickly. The weather was very breezy and beautiful during our stay and we spent most of our time out on the balcony.
Kitchen is well stocked, we did most of our cooking in and had everything we needed. Regular coffee pot and Keurig available, but you will need your own coffee or pods. Bathrooms are big and very clean and nice. Water pressure was good, plenty of hot water.
Location is great. Tons of grocery stores and restaurants nearby and the beach itself is just steps away. There were beach chairs available - you just have to check in at the chair shack. They open later than I would've liked, but we made do. There are even plenty of chairs available at the bottom of the garage near the hot tub. The view is great, the breeze was nice and it's perfect for those that don't like the sand.
There were a few supplies available to get started, but you will definitely want to bring or buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher pods. You will also need your own beach towels and maybe a towel rack - there was no good place to hang beach towels.

Beautiful condo with BEAUTIFUL view! Picture taken from the balcony. Parking was fantastic - right across from the elevator on the 1st level but do be careful of the parking deck winds. And please hold your doors! Unfortunately we received a ding in our car door from another vehicle but thankfully the owners left us a note. We were a bit concerned about the elevators first day as one was out of order. And we heard at one point during the week all three were out of order. But we didn’t have that issue. Our longest wait for our first day for about 6 min. Condo was clean but we could still feel a bit of sandy grit on the floor. But I imagine pretty hard to get all the sand up. And chair service is a huge plus but not what we expected - it is the standard complimentary chaise and umbrella that can’t be relocated. If you’d like something different, you will need to coordinate. Overall excellent location and beautiful condo! The balcony is awesome! Thank you!

Parking was too tight! The condo floors were very dirty! We ordered a swifter sweeper, and cleaned them. The bedding on one of the beds was stained or dirty! We stripped the beds, and used our own linens! The view was great!!! Nice big screen tv in living room.
