Everyone nice, kind, smiling, breakfast with great selection and sufficient amount for anyone. Beautiful gardens with great architecture, small pond and vessel, plenty of sitting areas. Swimming pool with nice warm yet refreshing water (28C). Cool drinks in the bar. Fabulous dinner. Great suit with own piece of terrace and garden. Enormous bathroom, separate toilet.

Shower head height selector broken. The cleaning staff just placed it back broken as before. No change. Smoking in the bar - no more used to it from Europe though normal in Morocco. I would make the bathroom smaller and enlarged the dressing instead.

The place is amazing, nice stuff.

My partner has a down allergy, after the first night we asked to change our pillows/duvet - nothing happened. The stuff after long discussions suggested us similar pillows with down, told there were no synthetic analogs. I would suggest for a luxury hotel to teach the stuff about what down allergy is and to get some synthetic pillows. The bath was not properly cleaned. Multiple spots were not removed.

Marrakech in general & Palais Ronsard in specific made our trip a marvelous one . From the moment we arrived Oumaima the receptionist welcomed us & provided us all the support and assistance needed during our stay . Khalil , chief of reception as well did a great job , in addition Hisham the luggage handler, Mohsine & Rashid the drivers, not to forget the amazing waiters Rashid & Fatima Zahraa who were all so professional that made us definitely plan another trip to Marrakech and to Palais Ronsard . On another hand Lovely restaurant, beautiful interior design , great welcoming, best service, generous & delicious breakfast menu. Thank you

I spent with my family a week at Palais Ronsard. Wonderful palace with beautiful gardens and amazing villas and suites, The all staff were amazing and the most wonderful in our stay.

No lights on the road to the hotel.

Beautiful premisses, fabulous staff and stunning rooms.

No option for all inclusive, the prices of food and drinks is VERY expensive. Shame no music at swimming pool, it lacks a bit of ambiance.

Everything from start to finish . Thank you to the lovely staffs who surprised me with a Birthday Cake .
