the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, also hotel rooms and corridors are extremely clean , the breakfast menu have some gluten free items , spa is really amazing.

Superb location, and exceptionally spacious luxury hotel with spa available free to guests This hotel was exceptional in all respects and in our group stay was a class above the Paradors. Breakfast was superb with an omelette chef and a massive array of fresh food to savour

Pequeno almoço muito bom, com variedade e boa qualidade. As instalações são bonitas e agradáveis.

Quarto muito, mesmo muito afastado da entrada. Acho que conseguem fazer um acesso alternativo por fora do prédio.

El edificio, la decoracion y la amabilidad del personal

La piscina, imposible bañarse, muchos niños saltando, gritando y tirandose de cabeza al agua y salpicando. No nos gusto nada la comida de la cena del restsurante, minimalista y poca calidad, estaba fria. El servicio correcto.

Beautiful historic hotel in a very nice location. The staff in the bar and restaurant were wonderful. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of pastries and made to order hot selections. Dinner in the main dining room was excellent. Very enjoyable. If it weren’t for the comments below we would definitely come back.

When we got to our room it was very warm. The hotel itself was cool. We attempted to turn on the air conditioning with a remote control which only produced hot air. We went to the reception for assistance and one person came and could not get it to work so she brought another person and a maintenance man. They kept turning on the heat and insisted that the hotel room did not offer air conditioning, only heat. I showed them our booking conforming indicating air was included. They disagreed and told us to open the window which we did. Unfortunately misquotes and flies came in so we had to close it. Even though it was cool at night without the window open the room was very warm. With no help from the hotel we emailed booking . Com which was supposed to go directly to the hotel. We never heard back. We did not change rooms because we were told non of the rooms had air. I can’t imagine the discomfort in a warmer month. Very disappointed and unfortunately will not stay here again.
