Everything was lovely. An ideal Derbyshire holiday home close to lots of Peak District attractions.

Lovely house. Comfy beds. Plenty of seating. Pool table great fun. Superb location for walks and eating and drinking. Everything we needed. We did two great walks which both started from the Main Street.

We had a great family time at chandler house, beautiful house at the heart of the city. Everything is just a step away. Pool table is a big big plus, kept us busy all the time. Owners were kind enough to accommodate our early arrivals. Thanks again for the hospitality, will definitely visit again. Cheers

The cottage was beautifully decorated, felt very homely. The welcome gifts were a nice added touch. Excellent communication with Julia.

Excellent central location. Well appointed and equipped house - deceptively large property. Friendly and helpful host.
There is no double glazing so the house can be cold, although there is a wood burner and plenty of blankets provided. The tiles around the bath/shower need re-grouting.

Such a good house! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, good hot shower, and well equipped kitchen. Excellent location in a lovely village with great pubs. Parking just a minute away. Super friendly and helpful owner. Thankyou!

The house was beautifully furnished, with lots of added extras, like kindling for the log burner, cosy throws, a bottle of wine, fresh milk and biscuits.
The pool table was inspired - we had a lovely evening in.
Loved the garden oasis.
Our hostess Julia was lovely, and came down specially to sort something out for us.

nice and big. plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. Clean, nice little extra touches. toiletries, wine and biscuits. Big rooms, well maintained. Good decor. Location excellent. Didn’t meet the owner but she was very lovely and welcoming on the phone

The house is in a fantastic location, is clean and welcoming, and great value for money. We were delighted with our stay, and would recommend chandler house to anyone else looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

The cottage is beautiful and very well equipped we all had such a lovely stay so cosy and comfortable. Castleton is beautiful and so many attractions and pubs .

Great location right in the village with parking very close by. The pool table was a bonus as was the log burner. The property was clean, well furnished and had everything that was needed. 2nd toilet was useful with 5 of us in the house.
