Finally, a hotel that provides more than 1 suitcase stand! A rarity for sure. The beds were comfy and the shower had nice water pressure. The breakfast was yummy and plentiful. I liked that we could sit inside or on the patio. I also liked the assigned parking, ensuring we would always be close to our room. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Although our room was nicely sized, there wasn't enough room for our 4 suitcases to be set up in areas that were not "trafficways". I felt like we were always dodging suitcases when moving about the room. I think this could be due to us having a balcony room - the balcony doors took up space where we would have normally set up our suitcases.

Every staff member I interacted with during my stay was very kind and welcoming. Great customer service! The parking was very convenient and made loading and unloading our luggage very easy. We loved our view from the hotel room. We saw an elk and two deer from the patio. My family and I booked two rooms and asked for the rooms to be by each other. The hotel granted our wish. It was so nice to sit on the patio after a long day of activities, enjoy the view and chat with my family. This was very important to me and I really appreciated it. The hotel location was very close to to everything in town but far enough to avoid the downtown traffic. My family and I enjoyed walking to the lake. We were even able to walk to the marina from the hotel to enjoy activities around the lake.

The breakfast looked okay but we decided to eat elsewhere. It was not quite what I expected when I read hot breakfast. The rooms were clean but had a weird smell when we first got there. It might have been because the A/C had been turned off. We bought a candle and the room smelled fine after that.

Clean, spacious room in a great location. Good breakfast and outdoor pool, perfect after a hike in the Rocky Mountains. I would definitely recommend and stay here again

I thought the breakfast was excellent. There was so much variety!

We were in a room where there were people up above us. They had a child that ran constantly and you could hear him/her jumping. Late at night we heard people walking around and up at 4:30 am walking. I got practically NO sleep so I was very droopy all day the next day. The front desk told me next to ask for a room where there wouldn't be anybody above me. The front desk was super about it.

Everything! Comfy beds, good hot breakfast, short drive to RMNP.

The breakfast, staff, and property was wonderful! It was the best hotel I have ever stayed it! I would definitely stay there again!!!! The staff went above and beyond and were the friendliest I have ever met. It was also the safest location I have ever stayed.

I like the location I like the size of the room the size of the bathroom. It was close to the exit where my car was parked. Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent, The woman in the dining room in the mornings was always so pleasant and kept everything stocked and in order. Also front desk staff were great. Great location.
