Location and interior/exterior living space was our favorite parts. Condo isn’t as updated as some, but it was very comfortable, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a huge kitchen!

Our beach vacation in Summerchase P2 was really everything we wanted!!
The amount of room that this condo has is amazing. We have always rented a house but this was just as big!!
Views were spectacular.. large patio made it so easy to enjoy day and night!
It could use some updating.. couches, towels… over all we loved it!!
Love the table in dining that seats 10!
We will be back next year for another Orange Beach adventure! GH

Condo was as described with plenty of room for our family of four adults and one 9-year-old. Plenty of room to dance in the kitchen and living area while cooking, plenty of room on the balcony (seating for nine) and a bathroom for each bedroom made for a most excellent stay.
The condo is super easy to reach if you come down the Baldwin Express ($5 toll) with very quick and convenient access to the marina, a Publix, a pharmacy, and some really good restaurants. After a day of fun at the beach, the gulf waves will lull you to blissful sleep.
My only (minor) recommendation is to bring your own standard size pillowcases for the beds if you have sensitive skin or in case you get a touch of sunburn. The ones at the condo were a bit scratchy to me (but…sensitive skin). All in all, a wonderful stay at a very family oriented condominium complex.

PH2 is very large, clean and comfortable but could use a little refresh, such as paint and the living room furniture is showing its age. Having said that, we will definitely try this unit again in the fall because of its size, cleanliness, views, comfort level and convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family recently stayed at Summerchase PH2 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures truly don't do justice to this rental. It is spacious and clean, with amazing views from the balcony. As other reviewers have mentioned, the living room furniture does feel worn, but this did not impact our stay at all. Household supplies were limited and we were happy that we brought extra paper products, trash bags, etc. We would definitely return to this property!

Beautiful place! The living room furniture is more worn than I would prefer. Other than that no complaints at all! Comfortable, clean, spacious, and a beautiful view. What more could you ask for?

I don’t like the fact that there’s a two car limit when I had 4 adult and 4 children listed as occupants on the property. Each adult reside is different states and drove down. We had to park across the highway in a shopping center.

It was only 3 ladies that stayed. We were looking for a relaxing time without any set schedules. It was perfect! We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The condo is very nice and just like the pictures. The location is great! Loved it!!!

This was a bucket list for my Mother in Law with Terminal Cancer and a Do-over for my Mom because my dad had cancer last year and could not stay the entire vacation and Died a year ago.
The condo is HUGE! We gave our moms the two Masters and took the room with two full beds and full bath.
Cons: Mattresses in "kids" room or two full beds are terribly noisy and uncomfortable
TV in "kids" room turns off every evening at 8 ish PM due to Low input or signal and has to be reprogrammed which takes about 10 minutes and then happens multiple times. Couches in Living room and on the Balcony need to be cleaned and/or replaced, just worn a bit. Ramp leading to the beach is very steep going in and out of the NON locked gate. We only needed codes for the front door and the indoor pool. We were not fond of the very narrow pool and no one ever was in the kiddie pool or hot tub but it was 105 degrees!
PROS: It is a Beautiful Condo with SO so so much space and an amazing view, Bed/mattresses in King Bedrooms are very comfortable, Massive well-appointed Kitchen with everything we needed, Very large wide and deep Balcony where we saw Dolphins every morning and night, Beautifully decorated, Great Air conditioning, Very fast elevators, ample Parking, Great location with walking trails nearby as well as the beach LOL, So many great locations very close by, traffic was minimal, we rented chairs one day and did not like the comfort of the chairs but the umbrellas were very nice.

We are a family of four with teenagers. This is a beautiful condo. It is well kept and was very clean. Great location and the beach was wonderful.
The property manager was top notch. They were easy to contact and were very helpful. I really liked the daily text telling us the beach conditions.
We had a great time and will definitely visit again.

This was our second trip to this same exact penthouse! Amazing views, beautiful and clean penthouse and so many dining and shopping options within reach! I wish the second master had a locking door and the large master had the blackout curtains but those are minor in the grande scheme of the very well appointed penthouse! Would recommend and would definitely return!

We loved this condo on the beach. We looked at several different spots and so happy we picked this one. Because there are homes to the right and nothing to the left we didn't have the crowds of people like the rest of beach. Highly suggest renting the chairs and umbrellas in front of the condo so you have your spot for the week. My only complaints were the pans were very old and very small and one of the masters only had sheers for curtains. One of the bedrooms had black out shades but ours didn't. We opted to eat out every night because of the cookware. Who wants to sleep and cook on vacation anyways right? Overall we had a great time and plan to come back.

BEAUTIFUL PENTHOUSE. IT IS JUST LIKE THE PICTURES. SOOO SPACIOUS. THE KITCHEN IS WELL STOCKED AND THE PROPERTY IS VERY NICE. THE ONLY THING WE SAW THAT NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED IS THE LINENS. THE BEDS DO NOT HAVE DUVETS THEY HAVE SHEET THIN LIKE COVER AND THE TOWELS WERE SEE THROUGH THIN AND SOME HAD STAINS ON THEM. I DID NOT CHANGE THE STAR RATING SINCE EVERYTHING ELSE WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. BEAUTIFUL PLACE. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN WE WILL JUST BRING TOWELS FROM HOME. ITRIP WERE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH.

Just the right space for our family. We would stay again! Plenty of room in front of condo umbrellas on the beach to still set up your own. No noise problems. Plenty of seating indoor and on the balcony. Huge master where we were able to put kids on blow up mattresses with plenty of space.
As we prepared for travel, wish a more detailed list of kitchen supplies and other items had been provided. Here are some highlights of the condo:
- a single cup Keurig and a regular coffee pot
- Mixer, pots and pans and everything to make dinner in the condo, small supply of Tupperware for leftover food, extra ice maker
- used beach chairs so you really don’t have to bring your own
- next to the pool there is a “used” free for all beach supplies area with floats, water toys, and boogie boards people don’t want to take back home with them which was great!
- there is a small kiddie pool
A few things we wish had been better:
- There was only a single supply of bath towels; had to be washed half way through our stay
- There were no “rugs” or bath mats for stepping out of the shower
- The placement of the toilet paper roll in the master bath was behind the toilet, so really awkward twisting back to grab toilet paper
- Wish there was a shower caddy in the master bath
- The floors were swept but not mopped on our arrival. Probably my biggest pet peeve. Kids had black feet at bedtime that had to be cleaned every night. But not a huge deal to us.

We had a wonderful stay, and the layout of condo was perfect.
I would offer a suggestion and remove sauna and steam room in property description as that was a disappointment it was locked. I would also recommend providing additional dish towels for kitchen, there were 2. With a family of 5, with a lot of experience with house and condo rentals that really stood out, and the lack of of cleaning supplies such as dish soap. For families that are traveling 10-15 hours with a packed car, that would really help!

Everything was way above expectations except the porch. It was dirty, missing tiles and worst of all there are oil spots all over. Now they are back in Dallas with us. Unacceptable. The porch furniture is dirty and makes the porch unappealing. I know it has exposure to the Gulf but you can do something to make it feel liveable. Other than that it’s a great place and value.

The condo was spacious and the view was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. I loved that there aren't any other high rises close by, so the beach was quiet.
I only have a couple of complaints: 1.) there were no extra blankets (even though the pictures show all beds as having duvets on them.) Fortunately, the couch makes a bed and they had extra bedding for that. The primary room was colder than the other two, so we got by with one. 2.) Also, the sauna was padlocked and inaccessible even though they advertise it as a part of the amenities. It would have been a nice extra, but we definitely found plenty to do.
They even have some board games to play, which we enjoyed! Overall, a wonderful experience!

The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room and seating thru out. Comfortable and well stocked. Washer and dryer were great in a separate laundry room with a place to hang clothes to dry. Great location! We walked to Starbucks, ice cream and dinner or drinks with live music every day. Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend and would def stay here again.
Only downside was that hot tub was empty for repairs.

This was our first time staying here and compared to a larger resort this was amazing because we didn’t have to fight the crowds for the elevator or indoor pool. The condo was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue was jacuzzi tub wasn’t working but Managment sent someone the next day to look at it. Can’t wait to come back!

Condo was very nice, large, beautiful view of gulf, and clean. Saw dolphins in water a few mornings. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Living room furniture could use new cushions. Lightning could be improved for reading. Check in was easy. Kitchen was well supplied. We enjoyed our trip.

The place was super clean and well furnished. We had a child in a wheelchair and everything was pretty easily accessible with large bathrooms and no steps other than a slight rise to get out on the balcony. The pool heater was broken which was slightly disappointing but not owners fault. Is right on the beach and you can hear the ocean with the windows open at night. Overall 10/10
