Great location! Beautifully decorated.

Expensive!

It was very clean very elegantly decorated and comfortable a walking distance to the beach and the pool is very nice too.

We hear noises in the attic like some rats and found two little iguanas dead at the pool.

The property felt like home as soon as we walked in. It was well appointed and conveniently located right down the street to Vanderbilt beach. The front porch was my favorite part of the house. I had my coffee seating on the porch every morning while enjoying the trees and the birds singing. This is one of those rare times when the house looks even better in real life than in pictures. The property management company also does a good job. The bbq was not working and they fixed in 2 hours.

My only complain is that all of the TVs in the home didn’t have the actual TV control and we weren’t able to connect our phones to watch our shows .
