The pool

The Home was nice but INFESTED with Roaches and Palmetto Bugs! So bad! In the day all day activity. As soon as we were there they were coming out the kitchen garbage. Some in the Freezer, some dead and there for a while. Management asked for pictures and send a maintenance person to spray but he used just a commercial spray and washed out the freezer with water. Management said you signed a form saying we was ok with Palmetto bugs but it was Infested non stop. These were not just Palmetto they were roaches. One even FELL ON ME from a vent in the bathroom! We bought our own spray and he husband has to go and take the garbage outside and wash it out. We DIDNT use the kitchen or fridge at all. We didn't even unpack. He sealed all our things. We slept with the lights on. We was so disturbed. We were so uneasy while there. They would even discount our stay, they didn't care. They only wanted pictures. We sent them plenty. It was so sick! My grandson found a lizard in the front living space and killed a roach in the fridge alive. The last day one flew out the coach we just left early with the creeps. All alive Roaches and Palmetto Its a beautiful home and the maintenance just was not done. We stayed in Florida is different places and never saw anything like this! I know Florida has bugs but you have to maintain proper house keeping and bug control the professional kind.

The neighborhood is so nice. The proximity to different beaches. The house was very spacious and neat.

Living room sofa, sofabed, and dining chairs are uncomfortable.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. Everything we needed was right at hand. Every member of the family found something fun to do!

Beautiful house. It was very spacious and very clean. Great location. Very close to Delnor Wiggins state park where we went to the beach everyday. Loved the screened in patio area with the pool. Overall we did love our stay except for the couple of issues.

There were issues with the pool not being clean. There were lots of bugs floating in the pool although it was screened in. There wasn't a pool net available, but someone at maintenance did come by a couple of days after and cleaned it and left the pool net for us to clean it the next couple of days that we were there. Another issue was the grill. The grill is in pretty bad shape. The left burner wasn't heating properly and sometimes the grill wouldn't heat over 300 degrees which is a health hazard. Owner do need to replace the grill.
