Interior design, layout, location close to beaches and state park (8 min drive )

The mattresses are too soft and beds are smallish. If this was of better quality, I would increase by one notch to overall 9 The kitchen could have more plates and glasses but overall equipment was fine.

Property is good, mostly when you have family-kids and a dog, from our point of view, the treehouse is warm and welcome, with a great location to enjoy the area.

Very charming accommodation. The Naming (home by the beach) is a bit misleading though, it is for sure not walking distance).

Very limited kitchenware (no glasses, limited number of plates etc.). No storage room in the bathroom and bedroom for clothes (ok for us, we only staxes a few nights, bur may be uncomfortable for longer stays).

the location was great and it was very close to Vanderbilt beach, very quiet neighborhood. It was also close to Bonita Springs dog park, we enjoyed it.

Wonderful property, very clean and exactly as described in the pictures. Communication was swift online, and great location as well.

Booked for family of 4 and although the property was brilliant in size and had comfortable furniture in the living areas, the beds felt on a smaller side for a couples or 2 kids sharing and a bit worn out, easily fixed with new mattresses/bases as the rest of property was great.

the location was great, have everything u need, super peaceful, breathtaking. we will be back !!!

The tree house was amazing, it was pretty clean and it had all the essentials. The location was close to the beach, and parks. You can go Kayaking and biking nearby. Donwton its only 20 mins and it's an amazing place to go at night

Treehouse was very clean. Nice appointments and appliances.

Wi-Fi connection cut out, usually in the morning. No big deal.
