Location is great if you want to visit the Ducati factory. It's a bit of a walk from the train station but doable, even in +36c weather. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The property is very nice and lots cool decorations !

Property was quite hot during our visit. There was a portable AC unit in one of the bedrooms.

Claudia was very nice and more than helpful with our short stay while travelling to Florence for the Mugello moto GP 2022. Everything was explained ahead of our arrival and easy to find from the airport. (15 minutes by taxi).

We didn't have the time to spend much time in the apartment as we stayed a few hours to sleep and rest but it was perfect for us that we wanted to be near the airport! We also had a great communication with Claudia. She answered all my questions and reacted well with our delayed arrival. I recommend it, especially if you are looking a place near the airport.

We couldn't find the WiFi password but it was also our fault because we didn't ask. Nothing else to say.

I like absolutely everything, the location was perfect for us to get from the airport from a late arrival and still easy enough to get into town. The decor was very interesting and unique which I loved. Claudia was an amazing host assisting with a very late check in to buying bus tickets to get back to the airport. I have nothing negative to say about my stay, loved every minute.

Large 2 bedroom apartment.... it was like a museum with many art pieces around. Kitchen facilities including large fridge. Host very helpful on arrival.
