Not really much we didn’t like we got in late

The front desk girl Kia Green I’m sure that isn’t her real name was very nasty and rude soon as she walked in she told us THIS IS A WHITE ESTABLISHMENT locked us out the door and our kids I’ll never stay here again I’ll definitely spread the word

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast

Staff were great and friendly. Location of the hotel was great. It was right across from outlet mall.

While the location was great, the carpet i throughout the hotel was dated and looked like it needed cleaning, I was surprised especially at $200 a night. I could have gotten a cheaper hotel but chose the Hampton inn due it being f a Hilton property. I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel in that same general area,

Only stayed one night, easy in and out. Clean and modern

Breakfast was pretty good. Location was ok.

Room was not cleaned by one hour after check in time (4:00pm). We had to change clothes to go to a wedding in the restrooms in lobby!

Friendly staff. Especially the woman who worked the breakfast area. It was extremely busy and she remained cheerful and kept the food replenished

Breakfast area very cold, no blocking the cold weather that came in the sliding doors in the adjacent lobby.

Unfortunately nothing

From the looks of the lobby, everything looked to be very clean and nice. However, when we checked into our room, there were bed bugs on the bed crawling around. Once we switched rooms, that room smelled like mildew. The shower was not clean. I had to clean it myself. Very unacceptable. The next evening we were without water for about two hours if not longer.
