Nice hotel, and very clean and comfortable.

Took a trial of three (all very nice) rooms to find one that had an acceptable level of cleaner scent. I am very sensitive to those scents. The evening desk clerk was very happy to find one.

The entire hotel looked run down. We walked in and it smelled of moisture possibly moldy/mildew. There was a Dan running m. There were no baseboards on any of the floors which makes he believe they have had a water issue thru out. Our first room on the 2nd floor had stains on the sheets, ceiling and the floor was extremely Sticky. This was disappointing as it looks like the hotel has recently been renovated from pictures and some of the rooms. Our second room on the third floor was cleaner, but still had the damp smell and mildly sticky floors but we were tired and needed to just get to bed. We left as soon as we could first thing that morning. It was gonna be too much of a hassle trying to get a return and transfer hotels. The staff, however, was extremely pleasant and nice. I sent her pictures of the room the night clerk, she moved us to rooms. She was sweet, polite, and very helpful. The morning staff was also extremely nice, polite and helpful, and even found a Bible that we have left in the room at check out.

Walking through the hotel to get to my room, it's dirty. My bed was covered in hair and I had to request new bed sheets. It was really late when I checked in unexpectedly, or else I would have went else where. When I left the next day, the elevator was broken so I had to take all of my luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Do not recommend this place at all.

Doesn’t look like the pictures. Kind of run down. Hard to find the entrance into the driveway. GPS kept taking me the wrong way. Staff was nice, just disappointed with the look of the hotel.

Love that it is pet friendly and has a designated grass area for pets and the room was very nice and comfortable. The shower was very nice. We got the deluxe king room and it was fantastic. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.
