Every thing is ok and the rooms were very nice and clean

The air condition was too hot it like it’s not working because there are no any wind come out but they said is working!!. Moreover we requested a air fun for one room and we got it when the other room called the reception to request for there room a fun the man told her we don’t provide this in the hotel and we don’t have , then they told him no that you have and you give the other room after that he provided to the room, however a five star employees need not to lays to the customer it’s not a good manners.

Convenient excellent location

It was located middle of the city, so it was easy to move around, and the interior of the lobby and restaurant was so beautiful.

There were cases where restaurant and bar staff served different drinks than ordered because there were many trainees, but seeing the trainer blame the trainee rather than sorry, I felt unprofessional..

The external facade and lobby are magnificent.

The rooms were stuffy with extremely poor airconditioning. Everytime we complained, the staff would tell us that they had adjusted the temperature, but there was no change.

The decoration of the lobby and the BF hall is awsome. The members of the reception are friendly and helpful

Beautiful restored previous high end shopping arcade so the lobby/ reception area is memorable.This is the main reason I picked this hotel.We had a corner room so had a view. Apart from that, a typical Hyatt hotel room.No style or character.

Arriving at the hotel whose entrance is on a busy side street there is only a small space for the car/driver to try to get into. In our case it was full so we had to block the street and rush to get our bags and luggage out the car.Not a 5 star experience.

The hotel’s building itself is heritage and has stunning art works on ceiling. the history of this building gives it a uniques characteristic and pleasant feeling while staying there.

The location, welcoming staff at reception and concierge. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The service at the restaurant, long waiting time for the service, lack of staff during dinner, unfriendly staff during the breakfast (at the bar who prepares tea and coffee for the clients), not well organised open buffet.

Service and location here are exceptional - there is nothing that's too much trouble for the staff, and the hotel is so stunning, passer by walk in to look around in amazement at it.

It isn't the cheapest hotel but in terms of value for money, you get your moneys worth with the stunning venue and service, if you're looking for a budget holiday this is not the right choice

Great location. Great hotel. Breakfast is very ordinary with tables being very closely arranges despite the space. There is also very little local food on offer. Room service is also very slow and never delivers the correct items.
