The apartment was nice the location was perfect right across the street from the Cape fear River I had a gorgeous view from the balcony everyday there was food restaurants like crazy everywhere I loved the location of this property

Okay let me start with this the balcony that comes with this property had bird feathers and bird s*** on it you would think they would have cleaned the balcony before I arrived but they didn't another thing it does not State anywhere and setting up this property that you cannot park at the property you have to park in a parking garage two and a half blocks away from the facility so if you need to go to your car you walk two and a half blocks up a hill to get to your your car you come up you stop at a loading zone which had other cars and you had to wait for your turn they threaten you you have 15 minutes to get your car unpacked which I think is stupid I had a family emergency and I had to leave one day before I was going to leave my dog got sick back home and I had to go home and put him to sleep they did not send me the information about how I should leave the facility before I left I got that information the day after I left not the day of I was leaving so they better not charge me for this stuff because I didn't know what to do I had to leave as fast as I could on that Saturday morning to get home to watch my dog to be put to sleep but I'll have to check my bank account to see what they have charged me for stupid stuff also it said that it had internet service I never had internet service the whole time I was there all the codes supposedly they give you to get on the Internet or to use the computer in the room did not work at all we had to go to the bagel shop underneath the apartment building to get internet also if you arrive on Thursday night which I did there is a restaurant above the apartment that had a band that played till at least 1:00 in the morning and you can hear the music very loudly in your apartment I'm watching television and I can still hear the music playing outside it was a little much but they don't own that restaurant and I guess there's nothing we can do about that Friday night was quiet thank goodness I had to...

Great location with lots of food options. Quiet enough even though there was construction work going on.
