Dianna is an amazing person! She was always available when needed. The property was amazing! Beautiful! Words cannot describe the beauty of the property and surroundings! I will most definitely book again!

This is a beautiful house plenty of room. Clean, comfortable. Owner is very nice. Great food and beaches close by. Relaxing nice pool. Amazing views. Cons- tons of stairs, low water pressure, making it almost impossible to shower more then two people at once. No AC in common areas making a hot humid day HOT. Whencits breezy its comfortable. We had painter painting almost the whole time we were there little annoying but at least they were nice.

We had such a great time staying at this house. We had 3 families and easily found enough rooms and bathrooms to make all of us comfortable. We relaxed on the balconies most of the time enjoying the beautiful view as well as the pool. The house was close to restaurants, a great coffee stand, shops, and the beach. Dianna, the owner, was very friendly and responsive to us. We were so sad to leave as it was a perfect place to relax and spend time together.

After a disappointing check in and rough first 24 hours, we had a wonderful stay in Rincon. We traveled with 5 families and had both properties rented. The property manager showed up late and basically gave us the codes to the lock boxes to get the keys and that was about it. No information about the house or surrounding area. This could have easily been done by the owner through an email. About 3 hours after arrival, we experienced a blackout. We couldn't get ahold of property manager so called owner who did get him to show up. He got the generators going so we had electricity. Grateful my husband was helping him as our generator ran out of gas at 3am so we were able to fill it up and get it started again. The power came back on the following day and the rest of our week was wonderful. The infinity pool and the view from the top floor is truly amazing. There is a lot of room for everyone to space out and enjoy themselves. The property is just beautiful. The beach is a short 5 minute walk. We enjoyed a sunset sail with Katerina Sailing. We traveled to Utuado and spent half the day with Batey Adventures hiking, kayaking and exploring. The Kahuna burger bar and mini mart are literally at the end of the driveway. We had a wonderful dinner at Casa Islena-10 minute walk. One of the highlights of our trip was having Mitch and Maria cater 2 dinners for us in the pavilion. The food was wonderful and Mitch was so helpful in the planning of our trip. He was always available to answer questions for me. Thanks Mitch! Some negatives were that we had only a single kitchen towel(top floor) and one beach towel per person. There were a few extra bath towels to be found. The biggest problem was that between 2 houses, we did not have a washing machine that worked! That would have been nice to know prior to showing up. I found dirty dishes in my cabinet. The starter kit had a used sponge-gross! If you are staying on the pool level, you will find most of the cooking items there. The top floor was very sparse and I found myself running downstairs constantly to find items to cook with. There are a lot of stairs on the property which could be an issue for some. Check restaurant hours as a lot of them are not open daily(Tamboo is only open Fri-Mon) Grocery stores may or may not have bags so bring your own. A nice PDF sent to guests prior to arrival with information on the house, Rincon, surrounding areas, things to do, restaurants etc would be a nice touch.

I want to thank you from our family for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home. The memories we have now are forever in our minds. The photos are great to see but are nothing compared to the actual of standing there and taken in the beautiful view. Everything was just as it said it would be and more. We truly enjoyed this property! Very spacious and super clean! Pool was a great plus that we enjoyed on a daily basis. The host was very responsive and attended to all our needs. The property is laid out well and great view from the top unit. There are multiple places nearby for food and small grocery. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in rincon! We are an extended family of 14 people, sort of three branches of one family. The 7-bedroom house was just perfect for us, allowing us to have space for our individual family branches as well as the whole group together. We loved Sandy Beach, and our perch up the hill a bit from the beach gave us beautiful views from sunup to sunset. I highly recommend this property for large groups. One thing folks considering spending time in PR should be aware of- they are having serious issues with the power grid. We experienced power outages almost daily, and the last 2 1/2 days the power was out the entire time. The house does have generators and a local caretaker to manage them, but this can prove quite frustrating. Hopefully the power company will take care of these issues soon. Despite the electricity issue, we had a wonderful family week in Rincon.

Ocean views, a short walk to a beautiful beach with a nice surf break, plenty of room to spread out - this property is perfect for groups. With 7 bedrooms spread over three floors - with three full kitchens - you have plenty of quiet and privacy AND easy access to hang with the rest of your group! Ample outdoor shaded spaces, two lovely pools, and an amazing 30 ft water feature really enhance the experience. Owners are are attentive and helpful and keep the property in excellent condition. We were extremely happy with our time in Ocean View Paradise and highly recommend it!

This home was a perfect fit for our group. All the amentenites made our stay so enjoyable. The views are breathtaking, as it's above the canopy. Restaurants, beaches and shops all within a block. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and even put us in touch with a private chef, who catered for a small party we hosted. We loved it and will definitely be back!!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home in Rincon, the location couldn’t be more perfect as well as the amenities that the house offers. Dianna and her husband were very accommodating with any needs that we had. The house is beautifully landscaped and maintained, clean and comfortable.with amazing views. It offers lots of space for large group gatherings and a beautiful infinity pool. I would highly recommend this house for any visiting Rincon.

My family and I rented both houses from Dianna and it was perfect the houses were amazing and spacious for us all there were 22 in my party and we had plenty of room. The view was absolutely gorgeous the beach was beautiful and just a block away the bars and restaurant were very close and convenient. My family and I had a wonderful time that my children were not ready to come home but neither was. This was our 1st experience renting a home and I must say this was the very best we will definitely do this again and visit and stay in this home again this was such a relaxing place to visit.

We had a group of 10 friend/couples traveling to PR for a getaway. This was the perfect house! It had 7 bedrooms, even an 8th spare bedroom with a futon sofa. Each floor had plenty of space. The 3rd floor has the large king canopy bedroom and the best views. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms all with their own bathroom. This is where the pool is located. The 1st floor is the only one where 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. This is where the pool table is located. All the bedrooms were very comfortable. The home has interior and exterior stairs that connect all the floors. Most of us all congregated on the 2nd level because that's where the pool was. Home is gated and secure. There is another home on the property with its own driveway, entrance and pool, completely separate from this house. Couldn't tell you if anyone was staying there because it was so far away. This was a private retreat perfect for what we needed! Host was easy to communicate and accommodating. Our only negative was that the hot tub was not turned on so the pool was really cold.

My group of 12 rented the entire place for five nights just before Thanksgiving 2016. The house has 3 floors, each of which can be rented as standalone apartments, but we rented the entire place. It was more than spacious enough for our large group, and each floor had its own great setup with a kitchen and lounge/dining area. The house is very well-situated, a two minute walk to Tamboo Bar and Sandy and 30 seconds from the nearby mini-mart that carries some of the essentials. I'd definitely recommend getting a rental car to get around the island and to the major grocery store in downtown Rincon. I'd definitely recommend this house for a group looking to relax with ample space.

My family, 13 of us, just returned from our third week long stay at Dianne and Gino's fabulous property. Highly recommended for grilling, chilling, swimming, relaxing, wonderful views and great proximity to beaches and dining.

I stayed with my family and my sister-in-law's family for a week to escape the Wisconsin winter. The property was a wonderful place to stay. The house was clean and very comfortable. The views were amazing. The outdoor space really is second to none. I have never had a vacation where I could spend almost the entire time outdoors. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The other real plus for this property is its proximity to many restaurants, bars and the beach. My children are all young adults and really enjoyed going to a different bar every day for drinks and lunch. The Big Kauna was great for live music and the best burgers in town and just a minute walk from the house. We ate dinner at several places on the beach that were an easy walk from the property. Dianna also helped us get a private chef to come in for a dinner and a breakfast that was outstanding. The beach is also just a few minutes walk from the property. I would highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed here with family from England and Seattle, and we had an amazing time! The location is fantastic. It takes awhile to get to from San Juan, but once you're there, you'll never want to leave. There were several quality restaurants and bars within walking distance, and a good beach nearby. However, we spend most of our time playing in the pool and hot tub! Each room had a queen-size bed and was very nice, which meant that no one in the family felt put out. Each of us had a great time, and we can't wait to come back!!

We did a four-day guys surfing trip and stayed at Dianna and Geno's amazing house. You can't really get a feel for how gorgeous this property is from the pictures. Our joke during the trip was that we had rented a private resort. We were in the top house with five bedrooms. The home is very well maintained and well provisioned with ample cooking utensils, plates/cups, pool table, beach chairs, outdoor shower. The location is super convenient to the beach and several walkable bars and restaurants. Short drive to dozens more restaurants and shops. Geno and Dianna are very friendly, helpful, and communicative during the rental process and while you're at the house. We all agreed this was pretty close to a perfect trip, and we'll be back. Scot

This was absolutely the perfect home for a highly anticipated family vacation with our young adult children and friends. The property is spectacular and the location can't be beat. The house is in walking distance to awesome beaches, great restaurants and fun beach bars. We gathered on the terrace and used the infinity pool daily. The views from here are amazing! The pictures do not do it justice! The house is well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed staying "in" a few nights and making dinner because we did not want to leave this beautiful "private" resort. Everything we could need was provided, beach towels, beach chairs, ice cooler, pool toys, etc. Dianna was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Ocean View Paradise to anyone looking for the perfect Rincon getaway.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Oceanview Paradise! The property easily accommodated our group of 12 adults and everyone loved it. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Rincon! Dianna & Gino are great hosts!
