Deux chambres: une en bas avec lit queen et terrasse privée donnant sur le lac Michigan. Le deuxième à l'étage avec un lit king size. La chambre du premier étage s'ouvre sur une terrasse privée avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Michigan.
La grande salle a d'énormes baies vitrées donnant sur le lac et une porte panoramique menant de la grande salle à la terrasse grillagée couverte. Un très grand canapé-lit et des fauteuils très confortables sont situés dans la grande salle pour à la fois profiter de la vue et profiter de la télévision et du lecteur BluRay. Il y a aussi une table de jeu dans cette salle, une variété de jeux de société, des films et des livres sont disponibles pour votre usage. We were first time visitors to Door County and found this house to be a perfect location. Within a 20 minute drive of Sister Bay, Ephraim, and Egg Harbor, and 10 minutes of Baileys Harbor, the house offers complete serenity but for the lapping of the Lake Michigan waves. The house is steps away from a private, rocky beach, and a short drive from a more sandy, unpopulated public beach with a small parking lot. Cana Island lighthouse is a short walk away, and the lighthouse is visible from the backyard. The house is very well stocked--even including bug spray, which we only needed when hiking trails elsewhere in Door County. The house does not have AC, which we didn't even realize until the last day of our trip, when we got a little warm packing things up for our departure. There is almost always a breeze coming off the lake. No worries here about the pictures not being representative of the house--it's even nicer in person. Baileys Harbor is a charming small town with plenty of eating options. The house wifi is excellent, but once we left the house our Verizon coverage was spotty. Just tell the kids to be brave--the connection is much better as you get closer to town.

Wonderful stay - beautifully appointed and equipped brand new house that looks and feels very soulful (not an easy task in a new house - the little details throughout the house and sprinkled across the private wooded lot truly illustrate how much the owner's care). The property is majestically peaceful and serene. I'll go so far as to say it's a little slice of heaven. We will be back...

This is a beautiful property and home. My wife and I were here for a four-day stay and everyday we found more to love. We loved watching mergansers and gulls on the lake, as well as the closeness to so many wonderful sights and locations on the peninsula.

What a beautiful property with fantastic views! My husband, daughter, son in law , and myself had a great time staying there! Such a great place to hang out we came back after dinners instead of going to bars. Everything about this trip was perfect! This is our 2nd stay at this property and it's just as nice as ever, better even. Beautiful views of Cana Island, peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the county and state parks in the area and for a trip to Washington Island if you want to. We did that one day, an easy 35 minute drive to the ferry. Their other property is two lots south of this one and is just as nice, with an even better view of Cana Island. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was our 2nd March stay and again the home was absolute perfection. We loved sitting by the wood-burning fireplace after a day of visiting our favorite Door Co spots. The owners graciously stocked plenty of wood for our stay. The home is incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything you could need. The property is quiet and private. Thank you for making your home available for rental- it allows me to pretend that I have a lake home :)

We had a wonderful time at this property. We love Door County as a winter getaway to enjoy the scenic beauty and slower pace, do some snowshoeing and relax in front of a fireplace. This house delivered! Nestled in the woods, the proximity to Lake Michigan just steps away was a great feature. We stayed cozy inside watching the snow swirl outside through the tall windows in the great room. The woodburning fireplace with the sunken seating area was my favorite thing about this house - perfect for conversations and reading. The home is very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished, and we especially appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was with a variety of cookware, dishes and serving pieces, utensils, as we ended up cooking most of our meals. We would definitely return to this property in the future.

Our family of five had a great time staying at Wild Cedars. The location is great, easy to get to but off the beaten path a bit. We liked being able to walk down to the lake at night and see the Cana Island light and the dark night sky. The house is beautiful and well maintained and stocked. We had a great time playing games and sitting by the fire.

This was our third stay at Wild Cedars, and as always, we enjoyed our time immensely! This house is so well-stocked and clean. The setting is beautiful and calm. We really needed a few days of decompressing after a very busy couple of weeks, and didn’t leave Wild Cedars all that much during our stay—we cooked (including Thanksgiving dinner!), played lots of games, watched movies, enjoyed the fireplace, visited the lake, and left feeling recharged. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, already looking forward to visiting again!

We are a Mother and two adult daughters that came for a long weekend- this was our 2nd year here and this property is so beautiful. We started each morning with coffee on the screened in porch listening to waves, wind and birds. We cooked each night in the beautiful kitchen which has everything- The beds were comfy, internet cooperated- we had fires in the awesome fireplace. Played games and even binge watched Ted Lasso- this home is spectacular. We cannot wait to go back. Property owners are always available and helpful. We saw autumn beauty and had so much fun. Great place to rest and relax.

A very private and secluded property with exquisite views of Lake Michigan and easy walking access to the lake shores. Nicely equipped house, quiet, comfortable and eclectically decorated inside and throughout the property. Very comfortable for two women one of whom was 87 years old. We had a delightful time. We (3 of us) stayed at Boreal Beach House for 5 days and regret not staying longer! We loved everything about this home. The setting, the vibe, location, layout, cleanliness and all the bells and whistles. The owners thought of every little detail so we didn’t have too. It’s exactly as described on VRBO but better in person. Sitting down at the beach with coffee was great; we swam and took the included kayaks out which was fun, fire pit for late night conversation & cocktails, BBQ for delicious steaks, epic games of beanbag toss (who knew how addictive that game could be? Lol) Kitchen & dining had everything so we decided to cook every night! We never do that!
The beds were so comfy and perfect! The showers and baths were clean & great too. There are so many places to socialize or be alone in this house which we really felt made it the best vacation home we’ve stayed in a very long time! I loved the screened in porch and the loft for reading. We definitely plan to come back and are checking our calendars as we speak. We highly recommend this home for couples, friends or families.

Our third visit and we remain impressed. We enjoyed the addition of some crushed shells on the rocky shoreline - it made it easier to settle at the water’s edge to enjoy the view. This is an exceptional property on the Quiet Side.

Cannot recommend the place enough, this is our third stay here, and it is such a wonderful place to stay. Particularly enjoyed the waterfront sunrises, beautiful setting, fireplace, relaxing on the porch, and cooking at the house. Great place to spend time in, and from which to explore Door County. We had a wonderful week at Wild Cedars. This was our first time to stay on the Lake Michigan side of the peninsula and everyone loved it. Wild Cedars was the perfect house and location for our multi-generational group-- ages 17-74.
In addition to a beautiful decor, the house is fully equipped and offered all the supplies that we needed for our week there. We did most of our own cooking and were delighted to find pots & pans, every imaginable kitchen tool, serving dishes, dinnerware and even basic seasonings in the cupboards.
The screen porch was my favorite place to linger. With a view of the lake through the trees and breezes off the water it was a perfect read, rest and talk with family members.
I especially appreciated Steve's quick responses to all of my questions prior to our stay and during. I couldn't have asked for quicker or more clear responses - - thank you.
Everyone in our group is very sorry that Wild Cedars is not available next year when we are - - we would return in a heartbeat!

This was a great house in Door County! Two great sized rooms. One downstairs with a deck off of it where you can hear the waves at night, and one upstairs that is quiet and still has so many windows where you can hear the waves. Amazing.
It's so close to Cana you can see it in the backyard and at night we saw the milky way. It's a mile walk to Cana and our family explored it again.
The kitchen has literally anything you need. I mean they had an apple slicer of all things. A lot of spices were there to and every cooking dish you could need
There was a fire pit out back and the screened in porch was awesome. You can tell there was attention to detail as there was a screen below the deck boards to make sure to minimize any bugs. We were there in the middle of July and didn't need the AC. Just had the windows open and used their great fans.
TV was a smart TV where you could login to your apps but we actually enjoyed a lot of the games they had there too, along with a huge DVD collection.
Very quiet, didn't hear any neighbors and absolutely loved walking out on the rocks in the bay. We got ~200ft out (3'-4' deep) before we turned back. Very cool to see. They had two single person kayaks, but we were too busy exploring to use them.
Amy and Steve were exception with getting back to us about any questions we had. Great communication. We would definitely come back and are even thinking about seeing what is like in the winter.

We loved our stay at Wild Cedars by the Cana Island Light House. The house is beautiful and location is perfect for anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing stay in Door County. We spent a lot of time in the screened in porch listening to the waves.

This property is simply amazing! All the amenities were great, I made breakfast one morning for the family in the well equipped kitchen. The views are great and the rock beach is perfect to launch the kayak’s that come with the property. Highly recommend!

Lovely home on shore of Lake Michigan. We very much enjoyed our stay. Home is beautiful and since we love the lake side, it was just what we wanted for our annual visit to Door County. We even had deer passing through the yard. We will be back! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Wild Cedars is a beautiful home, Steve and Amy have equipped it with everything anyone could possibly need. Perfect spot, quiet, perfect weather, low crowds. LOVED this home! Definitely want to come back. For those going to Door County, we were away from crowds yet only 10-15 minutes from every village from Egg Harbor to Ellison Bay. Perfect location to enjoy the area and avoid some of the traffic and crowds.

We loved the property the second we saw the listing and it was just as great in person! The house was clean and spacious for our needs. We loved the view of Cana Island and the lake. The communication was the best- if we had a question we received an answer immediately. We would definitely return.

This property is absolute perfection. We loved that the house is on the quiet side of Door county and is so close to Cana island. The lake views are gorgeous and can be seen from many areas of the house. We could not get enough of the fireplace!....It was such a treat to come back and relax by the fire after our long snowy walks. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. I really appreciate that the host provided plenty of linens, soap, a paper products(this has not been the case with other VRBO's that I've stayed at).
The house was incredibly clean and had plenty of privacy for 2 couples.

This is a fantastic property that allows plenty of space and privacy for all guests as well as being a great spot for entertaining. As a winter destination the views are stunning and the sky ever changing.
The kitchen is well equipped so for a weekend with friends who like to cook we were very pleased.
The entire home is comfortable the furnishings, pillows and beds were perfect!
I will definitely plan a return trip.
